It was easy to assemble and ready to use in about 10 minutes after unboxing. It's not the quietest fan in the world but when you're moving as much air as this thing does, you're going to have a little associated wind noise. I work from home in Texas, and it gets very hot towards the back of the house. I put this in the hallway, and man!! It moves air. It's awesome. It's a bit loud but with my headset being on 80% background reduction, everyone I asked said they could hear nothing in the background. So that's great cause the sound worried me. Everyone in the house loves it and is not bothered by the sound at all. It's really not bad on 1 and 2 settings and it blows crazy amounts of air. 3 is like a helicopter but it's still awesome and keeps every room cool ... show more

This is definitely a 5-star fan. Quality of materials and build for the price appears to be very sound - should hold up well for years. It moves a LOT of air! The fan itself is pretty quiet...but like a tornado or hurricane, it's all the wind it produces that is pretty noisey! The 3 speeds give you good control - high speed when you want max air movement, low when quietness is more important and medium for compromise between the 2. Okay - now the quibble. The fan itself comes completely assembled, you only have to assemble the stand. IMHO, the assembly instructions for the stand could be more detailed. ... show more

The noise in the lowest setting is ok. We used them in the patio area as we live in florida. We got two and they are very powerful. Is nice that they have wheels. Definetly keep us and our guests cool.

The flow of cool air is fantastic. This is worth the money and comfort. Thank fan blends into the decor of the room. The loudness of the fan is loud, however if you focus on the purpose of the fan the noise seems to disappear. Excellent purchase!!!!

    • Its, ok. Frame is a bit fragile.

The fan itself is good, my complaint is the frame was missing a few screws to which I had on hand to replace. It's of very thin metal and not very durable. Just tapping the legs into the arm with my hand deformed the bottom of the frame. I doubt it will last long if you move or reposition it often. I would recommend keeping it in one spot. However it kind of defeats the purpose of having wheels. It will sit in the corner of my garage and I will turn it on parodically while I'm working on my customers vehicles. It will surly keep me cool enough. ... show more
