Could not get bag to vacuum, the seal worked great. Had to read instructions and look at machine and pictures to see what I was doing wrong. After that vacuum worked fine. Top of bag does not go all the way in, it needs to stop at the edge of the first break or the vacuum line. The translation of the instructions need to be redone and us folks may understand them,

I originally had a Food Saver that recently died. I needed another vacuum sealer as we do a lot of Sous Vide cooking. I ordered this and was very surprised at the size and capabilities. It is super small compared to my Food Saver and gets the job done. We have used it 5 times so far and it worked great each time. The suction seems to be a little weaker than my previous brand/model.. but hasn't really been an issue.

I have purchased a couple of vacuum sealers but nothing like this. First, this product has a nice thick and wide seal, no more double sealing each side. Next, it is so easy to use. No more making sure the sides are locked. Saves my wrist from getting sore because I had to struggle to get the machine locked. Finally, no more making sure larger bags are perfectly placed between the mark lines. The whole sealing mechanism is from one side to the other. This is not an industrial sealer. You have to give it a rest from time to time and let the machine cool down. Yet, for home use I cannot recommend it enough. Would buy again.

Received it on 29th Oct. '23. Today is 2nd of Jan. 2024. Used it a few days after it arrived. The first time the 5th of Nov. to seal some Halloween candy. Used it a few more times and it was always iffy on if it would work smoothly or if I had to stop it..wait a bit and try it again. And no...before you ask...I know how far in to place bag. The problem is...panel comes down too hard and suction is too weak to take out air in bag. TEN DOLLARS TO SEND IT BACK ! And Amazon will not reimburse the buyer until the broken device is back in their hands. So.. it will be given a once over...a shine...then resold to the next Amazon customer. So I'll get a refund once it gets back and a " restocking fee " has been charged. SO...just short of the 2 month mark and the customer is disregarded. AND...burdened with a ridicules charge. So beware of buying from this manufacturer..they make the same machine under different banners and companies. Amazon is aware of this but it turns a blind eye...willingly being the middleman in a scheme of their own making to keep the money from seller buyer advertisers and shippers. Yes..I'm upset..and I'll stay with Amazon for the movies & music. But * TEMU * might be the next thing to use. I'll be looking at other companies besides * TEMU * that offer delivery and just get HULU or maybe try YOUTUBE prime for movies. I already have SIRIUS for music.. so why keep Amazon? Hec...even the Walmart stores offer free delivery. It's time for customers to start getting other delivery companies on board. Cut off the Amazon monopoly by helping out other companies. R.A. Murillo

I like to keep food sealed until I'm ready to use it, and regular ziploc bags aren't quite enough. After reading reviews of many vacuum sealers, I decided to go with this one and I'm glad that I did. Initially I wasn't getting a seal but found a review that said to make sure that the top of the bag that goes into the machine is clean (no crumbs or liquids). Once I fixed that, it was smooth sailing. Having the option of using either the manual or automatic functions is a real plus. It does a great job and I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Used it a handful of times effectively, then started not vacuuming well, then would not seal after the vaccume. These problems happen just after the return window closed. Luckily i got the extended warranty. But amazon simply sent a return code and refund option. They also helped me get a refund started for the supposed extended warranty. Make sure you hold on to that extended warranty email. Otherwise id be at a loss. Now to find one that is reliable…
