What a great little machine. Very easy to use. Very well made and simple. I love the manual operation where you can vacuum and seal at your own desired levels. I sealed some coffee beans 2 pounds of frozen shrimp 1 pound of frozen shrimp and a pound of walnuts. I try to use it today and it is not working, the machine turns on but the vacuum is not functioning. I am updating my review. Sofia from the vacuum sealer office got in touch with me after reading the review. She proceeded to send me a new unit. The new one works fine, is not the most intuitive one for vacuuming but works fine. Customer service the best ever!

This is a far better one then what I purchased at the local big box store, which was more expensive and less functional I highly recommend this product. It is easy to understand and use. It seals both dry and moist goods with ease and the heat sealed seam is far better than the one I previously mentioned

I shopped for this item. After speaking with my daughter-in-law, who is a chef, she said this was a perfect device. One item that is difficult to vacuum pack and seal is scrapple. I by scrapple in bulk and too often, after packaging and freezing the seals would break and ice form on the meat. This item appears to seal in a way that will avoid the seal parting during freezing. There are so many controls allowing the user to vary the sealing method so a wider variety of food can be vacuum sealed and frozen.

Don't waste your money. This won't seal properly when finished and will let air back in. This is my second one. I should have just spent the extra for a Food Saver. My last one was used when I got it and I used it for 10+ years.

This vacuum sealer worked fine at first but over time it stopped working. This is one device I couldn't wait to try but unfortunately, it will no longer turn on.

In the past, we have owned several of these machines and it seems as if they just fall off the wagon on the bad side, but when I opened this machine and began testing it and using it regularly I was blown away at the overall performance and the ability to do what it says it can do is amazing. Looking for a food freezer bag sealer machine then look no more. When I first started using it I began using it wrong, when closing the top make sure both locks on each side lock before you begin, you will understand if you get one. Very good machine and well worth the money, I hope this review helps.
