I like that this vacuum dealer has everything you need to seal your food. I use it for sous vide and haven't had any leakage. It comes with a set of bags and a way to cut it to the correct length so that you don't waste material. Great for any cook.

It took a couple practice runs since this was my first vacuum sealer but I got the hang of it after a few tries. You have to push down pretty sturdily to click both sides shut for a proper seal. Listen for the “Clicks”. The directions could have been explained a bit simpler but overall the machine works great. I first tried in with left over ham from Easter then also vacuum sealed the bone to make soup later. This is also great when you’re buying bulk and need to break down and freeze smaller portions. I haven’t tried the external vacuum system yet but that’s a pretty cool feature as well if you need it for canning, mason jars or wine. (I’ll never needed it for wine though!) The price is very reasonable too!
