    • Worked great until it died.......UPDATE. Received a refund and a new Vaclife vacuum

I purchased my first VacLife Handheld Vacuum on 15 May 2022. I used it almost every day without any issues. Then a week ago it just died. I kept it clean and never had any issues. Everything worked very well. Unfortunately mine only lasted about 13 months. :( I purchased another one in January of 2023 for another part of the house. I will update everyone on how long this one lasts. I can see why the company can offer replacement filters for a lifetime when the unit itself will last just long enough to be over their warranty date for the unit. Very clever on their part. UPDATE---- After contacting customer service I got a quick response back from the company. They happily refunded my money AND sent me a new vacuum. I was very pleased with the exchange I had with the company. This was in regards to the 1st vacuum I bought last year. As mentioned earlier, I had purchased another one in Feb of this year 2023. I am giving 4 stars because as I read the comments from others it seems that it is not uncommon for these Vaclife vacuum's to only last a short time before dying. I will update again after some time has passed OR one of these dies again prematurely just to give some info on my experiences using these vacuums. I will say mine didn't experience any suction issues as others had mentioned. I could vacuum up whatever I was trying to get rid of with no issues. ... show more

* Updating my original review due to superb customer service * After seeing my original review, Joie reached out and sent me a new hand vac free of charge! I was blown away. She's followed up several times and even sent me filters as well. I would give the new vacuum 4.5 stars because I'd still love to see stronger suction, but I am loving this little thing. Thank you so much for superior customer service and my hand vac! ****** I wanted to love this. I got it mainly for my kids to use to help clean. We used it several times, but the quality makes it hardly even functional. It barely sucks. You gave to go over places 5 times or more and things are still missed. But the worst part is that it dies in under 5 minutes. It didn't even have enough juice (fully charged) to do about 7 stairs or the floor board of the driver's side of my SUV.
