I adopted a kitten last fall, and my cat-experienced friend recommended this handheld vacuum to me. The timing was perfect because the one I had been using at home had just died. I really like this vacuum! I use it exclusively with the crevice nozzle tool because I feel like it's really efficient that way. And also I can maintain a further distance from whatever I am vacuuming up. This vacuum has been so great with helping me clean up after my cat. He usually tracks some litter around my bedroom (the litter mat does get most of it but never 100%) and so I use this vacuum to clean up the litter and also all his little hair fluffs that are randomly around the room/house. I do feel like it's very powerful and great at suction. I don't know if it's because I use it every day and multiple times a day but I don't feel like the battery lasts that long; it's so easy though to charge so I don't mind. It's also very easy to empty out and to clean. I unnecessarily worked so hard to clean and wash the filter so many times but then after about a year, I knew I needed to finally replace the filter. And guess what? There's a sticker on the vacuum that says you can contact them for replacement filters! Why did I not notice this before?! I emailed them and they sent out a replacement filter, no charge! So that makes me very happy. I definitely recommend this vacuum, especially if you have a cat. ... show more

This handheld vacuum is great. Suction power is really good, especially considering the size! Seems to suck as much as a regular corded vacuum. The biggest downside is the battery life. Probably lasts 15-20 minutes, so if you have a lot of vacuuming to do you might have to do it in 2-3 goes. For normal uses like cleaning a couch, a portion of your carpet because of a spill, or only using it for tight spaces, it works great and will last enough. Great for the car (unless your car is really dirty, then it will take more than a single go due to the short battery)! The only thing is that you might not be able to have a great angle in certain tight spaces such as the door "holder"/"pouch"; even with the longer attachment it might be impossible to get a good clean there due to the angle, would be better if there was a flexible attachment. ... show more

    • Worked great until it died.......UPDATE. Received a refund and a new Vaclife vacuum

I purchased my first VacLife Handheld Vacuum on 15 May 2022. I used it almost every day without any issues. Then a week ago it just died. I kept it clean and never had any issues. Everything worked very well. Unfortunately mine only lasted about 13 months. :( I purchased another one in January of 2023 for another part of the house. I will update everyone on how long this one lasts. I can see why the company can offer replacement filters for a lifetime when the unit itself will last just long enough to be over their warranty date for the unit. Very clever on their part. UPDATE---- After contacting customer service I got a quick response back from the company. They happily refunded my money AND sent me a new vacuum. I was very pleased with the exchange I had with the company. This was in regards to the 1st vacuum I bought last year. As mentioned earlier, I had purchased another one in Feb of this year 2023. I am giving 4 stars because as I read the comments from others it seems that it is not uncommon for these Vaclife vacuum's to only last a short time before dying. I will update again after some time has passed OR one of these dies again prematurely just to give some info on my experiences using these vacuums. I will say mine didn't experience any suction issues as others had mentioned. I could vacuum up whatever I was trying to get rid of with no issues. ... show more
