I bought this mainly for quick cleanups in my car. Power and suction are good enough for that purpose. I find I'm using it around the house for quick cleanups as well. My one and only negative is the push button switch for the LED light. I really don't need this feature but I find myself accidentally pressing it and turning it on. If it's daytime, you don't notice you've left the light on and you find that you've run down the battery when you pick it up to use it the next time. I still recommend it! ... show more

The vacuum does what it is intended to do but having an uncommon charger feels like a bad practice for a few reasons. It creates extra things in the house to keep track of, is required for use or violates warranty, and eventually will create e-waste at the end of its life instead of being used for another device. ... show more

This is the second time I've changed my original comment! I first highly recommended this excellent product (I still do.), then decreased the # of stars, because there are no additional filters for the VL88-N model available anywhere! Now I am back up to 5 stars, thanks to a very nice cust. serv. rep at VacLife, who came to my rescue after I damaged the first filter, lost the extra one, and was unable to find new ones! She was able to send me a new one, which unfortunately got damaged in the mail. She then sent another one, which made it possible to vacuum again! This machine cleans just as well now as when I bought it in 2020! ... show more

I’ve had mine for just under two years now. I use it often all throughout the house. Recently it stopped holding a charge so I contacted their customer service. After sending them a short video of the malfunction, they sent me a new one. (I later found out the older charger was faulty, not the actual vacuum). The person helping me via email was prompt and kind. Now I have two working vacuums and don’t know what to do with it! :) ... show more

It’s a perfectly fine vacuum, but I expected quite a bit more suction for tougher things like my car. I feel like it was more advertised towards tougher duty small things but it’s just an ordinary vacuum
