The media could not be loaded. I’ve owned a few electric bikes before, but the V70 has quickly become my favorite for several reasons. First off, this bike feels like a real scrambler motorcycle. Unlike typical e-bikes that have basic bike seats, the V70 comes with a wide, premium leather-feel saddle that’s really wide and comfortable. It feels just like the saddle on an actual scrambler motorcycle. That being said it cannot be height adjusted. You can see how I fit on the seat in my photos as a 5’5” adult and my 6’ husband. It seems like it will be comfortable on long trips. What really stands out is the power of the 2000W motor. The V70 picks up speed super quickly. The motor is powerful, responsive, and delivers instant torque that makes the bike get up to speed quick and effortlessly. It feels like it has even more speed potential beyond the 35 mph limit. The power and acceleration alone make the v70 a lot of fun, I doubt I’ll be doing much peddling. Durability and build quality also impressed me right away. We weren’t sure seeing the pictures online if the bike would support my husband being 6’0”, 270 lbs, but after seeing it in person and testing it out, I have zero doubts. The frame is rock solid, the welds are beautifully done, and all wiring is neatly routed around the frame. You can tell the design of this bike is tough and feels like it’ll hold up to some abuse. In one photo you can see my husband on the bike, which clearly demonstrates how well the suspension and frame handle heavier loads. The frame also has cut-outs in a few locations that can easily have Velcro accessories or small bags attached. The suspension, while it’s not adjustable, is fantastic for comfort and control. The rear suspension features a sway arm connected to dual springs attached to the main frame. This setup absorbs bumps and rough patches smoothly, making for a comfortable ride even on uneven roads. It looks really strong where the motor attaches to this section and seems well built to handle the torque. The braking system great. It comes with hydraulic brakes that provide excellent stopping power. The metal brake levers feel sturdy and comfortable in your hands. The installation process was simple, just line up the rotor when you put on the front tire. No adjustments needed right out of the box. Overall, the brakes inspire confidence and control, which is exactly what you want on a powerful e-bike. I’ve only ridden the V70 on roads so far, but the tires have really impressed me. They provide great grip and stability, and the stylish white lettering on the tires adds a nice touch. I could easily see a braver rider taking this bike on trails. The grip and suspension would likely handle off-road conditions well. Another great feature is the plastic fenders over the tires. Unlike the noisy metal fenders I’ve had in the past, these are quiet and effective, they should keep mud and water off without any annoying rattling sounds. Assembly was straightforward and well thought out. The bike came beautifully packed with everything intact and undamaged, except for a small hole in the box where one of the side peg screws poked through. This didn’t affect the bike or peg at all. I only had to do about 25% of the work since most of the bike assembly was already done. The entire process took my husband about 25 minutes, which is impressive given he was doing most of it with one hand holding a camera. I like the ability to carry a passenger. I included a photo of my 7-year-old child sitting behind me using the pegs, which shows how this bike can easily support an additional passenger. This is great for families or anyone who might want to bring along a friend on rides. The passenger section is just as comfortable as the main saddle. Personally, I wouldn’t take any of my younger children on the back do to the speed and torque of the bike. I also definitely enjoy the V70s screen. It feels very crisp and futuristic while being easy to navigate. It is very bright. The headlight is also very bright and has a running light halo. It feels tough and can be moved up the front forks about 6”. The hand grips are also very comfortable and makes the throttle easy to use. The NFC lock cards are an added bonus. The Movcan V70 52V 2000W electric bike is a fantastic e-bike. My husband likes that it feels like a real scrambler motorcycle but with the convenience and eco-friendliness of electric power. It’s powerful, comfortable, and has a unique design that makes it stand out. Whether you’re commuting, cruising, or just having fun, this bike is impressive, torquey, and fast.

Bike is for taller people. Speed is fast compared to other bikes in class. The included phone holder and mirrors are ok but purchased motorcycle quality ones because it goes way too fast for bicycle grade ones. It’s essentially an electric motorcycle with pedals, it probably could go faster but has a limiter at 35mph. Purchased and installed higher grade tires and self-sealing tubes. In the installation process, found out this model doesn’t have a plug to disconnect the rear tire motor from the bike frame (unlike older Movcan bikes) and made the rear tire install a big disappointment, get ready to sweat and dedicate at least an hour to that process with a helper and a real mechanic tool kit, if you attempt it alone, good luck, you’ll probably be unsuccessful at it or damage the power cable. If anyone does attempt rear tire replacement, there’s a protective spring around the end of the power cable at the motor hub that needs to be paid specific attention to and be put back the same way that it came from the factory. It’s been used on the beach and it will stall with a rider mounted in deep dry sand so it’s best to walk beside it and use the throttle lightly until the sand is more packed or wet. It will go straight up very steep hills with high incline grade on pavement with ease but will slow down significantly so be prepared to steer it carefully up steep grades. Would have given 5 star but that BIG PROBLEM with the rear rim/hub motor having no way to disconnect the power cable to install a new tire or tube is a design flaw, it should be fixed and the manufacturer should include that in future models/designs. It can hold two adults easily with lots of gear/backpack. The manufacturer should release extra batteries for sale too. The range is ok but for people who want to use for hunting or camping or strategic reconnaissance purposes would need extra batteries to carry out on their trips/patrols.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this new Movcan V70. It took about an hour to assemble. I love that is has rear footpegs! This bike is super quick off the line and reaches high speeds on the flats very quickly. Easily goes 30-35 mph. Nice LCD screen, really good tires, rear brake light has turn signals, and the NFC tile security feature is a plus. Very good brakes and suspension. I wish it had a little more power going up inclines because I weigh 210 lbs, but its quickness on the flats makes up for it. Sits a little high. This bike is very fun to ride!

This electric bike, the V70 Storm, is an absolute beautiful beast. It has so many options, top grade parts, adjustments galore, and a huge display that is very dim in normal sunlight, but perfect elsewhere. This bike is fast too. I recommend performing a search for Movcan V70 installation video and use that video by a couple of older gentlemen during the assembly. It makes it painless. New Update: My NFC card no longer works no matter where I tap it on the display - top, bottom, back and front. If anyone has suggestions it would be greatly appreciated! New Update: Movcan's customer support is outstanding. They directed me to the mobile app, had me unbind the card and rebind it. Once I did that all worked as design. I also learned I can lock the bike from the mobile app. Pretty cool!
