The media could not be loaded. This is the first adult-size scooter our family has owned. My sons have had kid-sized scooters in the past, but they are teenagers now and we needed something taller. I am really happy with the way the scooter feels when I ride it. It's very sturdy. It accelerates quite quickly and does well over uneven pavement. This scooter has several great additions like a turn signal, bell, front light and rear light. When the turn signal is on, there is a beeping sound so you know it's working. The handlebars also light up to show which direction you are turning. Assembly only requires connecting the wires internally and placing a few screws in the top section to secure. Super simple. It also came with a replacement inflatable wheel. I am confident that our whole family can use this scooter to get around town. We recommend it!

So I haven't been brave enough to really push the battery limit. But I've gotten a solid 8 miles out of a charge and still been at 2 bars. Short of doing clocked laps around my apartment complex, I don't think I'm going to go much farther, but that's enough to get me where I'm going. I'm 210lbs, and I've seen it hit 20mph in 3rd gear, but I usually leave it in 2nd and cruise between 10 and 15. It's a nice smooth launch that even my wife doesn't mind, and when folded, it feels nice and secure, and I'm not worried about carrying it by the folded neck. My only real complaint would be that the brakes are a bit strange. The instructions say to tap once for regenerative breaking, but I think it's more "pull gently" and you can feel it kick in. Then later, when you grip a little more firmly, you can hear and feel the discs start to grab. That's a bit of a lurch and a learning curve, but otherwise, I love this thing; I really didn't think I'd get much use out of it, but for small, quick trips, it's my go-to conveyance!

Everything is awesome on this scooter. The downside is the battery. Advertised as a 14 mile range (under perfect conditions, I understand) but after 6 months of use the best I get is about 3 miles before it’s down to one cell and maxing my speed at 6mph. Again, everything else is 5 star but that battery kills me. Maybe I just got a defective one? Edit: now I have an E52 error code. I haven't had the scooter long so this really sucks. -1 star for having a huge issue within 6 months

This is a very high quality scooter much like the rental scooters in the city. The scooter is fast enough but not too fast. With GPS on a full charge the scooter will just make the rated 20mph. We put the scooter through the paces and it does quite well, with battery life that meets the rated distances and will climb up hills, although it does slow down quite a bit on steeper hills. The fit, finish, and overall quality is premium and looks really really nice up close. The app control connects flawlessly and allows to lock the scooter, and even change the speed settings. The brakes are interesting and take a little getting used to, but work well, The rear brake uses the electric motor to slow down with a light squeeze of the brake lever, a bit harder squeeze and the front brake engages too. The braking is a safety feature as to not over brake and skid dangerously. Highly recommend this sleek performance scooter!

The media could not be loaded. This scooter is a blast to ride. It's very easy to operate. It's set up so that you have to push it forward at 2mph or greater before the throttle can be used. That's a pretty good safety feature to have since it prevents you from accidentally hitting the throttle while you're standing still. Once moving, it's easy to keep your balance. It will go up to 20mph which is pretty quick on a scooter. The single handbrake works well and there's an emergency brake that you use by pressing your foot on the back fender to directly contact the rear wheel to get additional stopping effort. Assembly is minimal. You just push the handlebar into the vertical post and secure it with 4 screws. The Allen wrench is included so no additional tools are required. There is a headlight, rear brake light and turn signals. The controls on the handlebar such as the throttle, handbrake, turn signals and power button are easy to operate. There are 3 speed modes. The first mode limits you to 10mph, the second mode limits you to 15mph and the third mode limits you to 20mph. It's a nice feature to have, especially if you're just trying to get comfortable with the scooter. The LED display is bright and the display elements are easy to see and understand. It comes with a 110V charger and the light turns green to show you that the scooter is fully charged. Overall, this is a great little electric scooter that is a fun vehicle to drive. I definitely recommend it.
