I have 2 dogs and a cat. The puppy likes to sneak off and pees. The other dog is 16 and has dementia so forgets to tell us when she needs to go potty. This lights shows me if there is a need to shampoo the carpet. It works best if the room lighting is dim. This is a must for pet owners.

The only negative part of this purchase was that it never said anything about batteries. I was thinking that it would include a rechargeable battery. But one two adapter for AAA batteries did come inside the light. No batteries, however. Had to track down batteries from other gadgets to test the light. The light was functional and as advertised.

I just got this today and ordered it because my sweet cat was very sick and could not get to the litter box. She peed where she was on carpet in my closet. I cleaned where I thought it was but there was still a strong urine smell. There had to be other spots but I had no idea where. I switched on the UV light and there they were. Several spots in areas I didn't expect and none in areas I had cleaned. I was able to treat the urine spots and take care of the smell. I have no idea if this light will last but it sure did it's job today.

I wanted a new blacklight and it has been many years since i have purchased one.The choices were bewildering and I didnt trust all the fabulous led claims.I was used to the old style fluorescent lamp and didnt want to be disappointed.And I was very pleased.The light is actually bright enough to use in recent power outage.And it Identifies the various pet stains i wanted to find.I am looking forward to going to the garage and seeing if I can find the shining spider eyes.I immediately used it to located a diamond earring that had fallen in hard to reach spot.Which surprised me,I didnt know diamonds had a blacklight color.I have enjoyed viewing so many items under the blacklight,like my new figernail manicure.I am going to order a second flashlight for my grandson to use during his camping adventures with his friends.It can be useful as well as entertaining.I am going to take it with me next time I go to a flea market.The uses are endless.

Wow, this thing is great! I use it to charge up my sons glow in the dark stuff in his room, and everything it says it does in the description is true. Only thing is if you use it for a length of time it does get pretty warm, but haven’t left it on long enough to see how hot it gets

Very impressed with this product so far. The idea of using multiple LEDs to achieve brightness is brilliant Illumination - the beam that is given off is so strong you can even see some stains in broad daylight! When all the lights are off, the beam illuminates all the stains and mess the naked eye can't see. It was equally able to detect stains on hard and soft surfaces and even showed water/dirt stains (like on kitchen counter back splash). This is going to make it so much easier to clean up. I don't have scorpions in my location - but I know they would light up bright if the light is shined on them. Going to test on spiders when they start appearing this spring. Check pictures - before and after the spot was illuminated with the light - YIKES! Build - The body of the flashlight is very sturdy, but is a bit on the heaver side although it comes with a nice wrist strap. The light is easy to hold and felt solid even though the lens enclosure tends to make it heavy-ish. Power - Although the light takes several batteries, it seemed to hold power for some time. I used rechargeable batteries and it worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this product - great purchase at a great price. Now - off to clean!
