This set is great. I can open and close the lids easily. I will tell you what I did so maybe it will save $$ and stress. I ordered two sets and both sets are ironically identical. Different sellers. The huge issue is that the lids are really close to being unusable. (The 2 larger orders.) I and friends tried to put the lids on and it was ridiculous how much work it takes. Once you get them on you can’t get them off without a huge struggle. Then the containers won’t separate. Seriously, I had two guys try to separate them. One got them separated by using a wrench to leverage pressure to separate them. I tried heating water in them to relax them but didn’t work. Even, filing the clips on the lids didn’t work. So I suppose that it’s good that I ordered 2 sets. I’ll have to match lids and containers that fit easily. But I’m willing to bet that I won’t even get a full set out of them. Don’t get me wrong I like the set. Lids work like they’re supposed to. Only thing is that they don’t fit inside each other well. All 3 sets are the same in that respect.

These are good containers. I have been using them for about a month now for food storage when meal prepping and for packing lunches. I was disappointed when I got them because they were smaller than what I thought they would be from the pictures and description. The biggest size is about the as long as 8-9 inches, 6 inches wide, and 3 inches tall with the lid on. Not super big containers so you cant fit an entire meal/dish for a meal prep in one container but you can split between containers. They will leak if you like turn or tip them over when they are filled with something liquid-y but I have never had them leak on a regular basis. They so do start to stain with oils, food stains, and stuff after a few uses. Nothing spectacular but a good affordable buy.

This is such a great set. The three sizes nest in each other so it’s super easy to keep them organized. Leak proof and very durable. We’ve used them in the microwave and dishwasher and haven’t had any issues.
