The media could not be loaded. It was super easy to set up. You just need a Phillips head for three screws on the bottom for the stand. The buttons on the the fan itself are super easy to press. You don't have to press them at all really. I haven't had it long so I don't know it's lifespan yet. But I got the longest warranty they had for it at the time since my last fan didn't last that long. Poor guy The plastic is reflective and kind of staticy. I have a chihuahua and her little hairs got stuck to it immediately after opening the box. I just wiped the hair off and stood it in the room. I don't think the hair will really get on it anymore though since it's not on the floor. I don't have my tape measure on me so I took a picture of it next to a AAA battery. Work with what you've got, I guess The remote is just like how it looks. I typically keep the clear plastic in the slot to access the battery to have the remote last longer. So I don't think I'll have any issues with the remotes lifespan So overall it's a great fan and looks great in my living room ... show more

It's a nice fan; doesn't take up too much room. It does make a small clicking noise on the rotations every once in a while, and I don't know why. The air that it blows though is very strong and cold.

Stumbled upon this one while doing online research and I have to say that I am super happy with this product. Works great, and has tons of features, making it a very compelling product in this category. It covers a good area with good air circulation speed & oscillation. I can easily recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a quality product. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Very functional product - Wide angle oscillation and wind velocity is good enough for any needs - Has 3-speed levels (Low/Medium/High) & 3 modes to choose from - Timer functionality will come in handy sometimes - These are surprisingly very quiet when it runs compared to my old fan from Costco - This tower fan is a lot more slim and sleek than my previous one - Remote control in these fans comes very handy to operate from far & has all controls on it - Product is very durable and made to last long - Reasonably priced in the competition - Long 2-year manufacturer warranty provided for these Cons: - None that I see for this price & the functionality but I wish it had some fancy LED touch display at the top too that is becoming more common these days in competitive options ... show more

Decent product for price. Not as strong of air flow that I would've preferred but it's adequate. It's a little wobbly but that could be operator error. It is nice to have a remote for it though. It is pretty quiet as well.

This horizontal, oscillating fan is probably one of the most disappointing purchases I've made on Amazon. I had high expectations based on the ratings and description, but I am actually surprised it's not a 2-3 star product. The unit I received is going back for multiple reasons: *After assembling the base stand TWICE, it still wobbles when tapping the setting buttons. *It also wobbles while it's twisting back and forth. *Even on the highest setting, the air flow reach is less than 4 feet from the fan. *At the end of each twist, it sounds like the fan turns off, then as it begins to turn in the other direction, it makes a loud whooshing sound, like it's struggling to kick back on. *the air slots on the front grid are narrow and small, so the width of air flow is very minimal. It's weak and ineffective in the small 9x12 room. ... show more
