Had previously purchased outdoor Sensi brand LED lighting from a big-box hardware outlet. The LED lights were good, and they were easy to install. Their fault was the sensor was junk, and they lasted about 5,000 hours (warranty was for 50,000 hours. As a replacement, I purchased a two-pack of these units. The level of brightness puts all the others to shame. The three lights are adjustable, in terms of where the illumination is. They are very easy to install. Right out of the box I couldn’t help but be disappointed. I saw in some reviews language that indicated metal construction, which was appealing. Come to find out the only metal on this lamp is the LED housing. The angle adjustment and base are both cheap plastic… and feel flimsy. The listing on Amazon states a 50,000 hour life expectancy. Actually, the manual online reveals a 5,000 hour life expectancy. Error or deception? After purchasing mounting boxes, stainless steel mounting screws and a little bracket modifying…. installation was relatively painless. The cross-bracket (see pic) that comes with the light was a bit too long for my round boxes… So I used a bench grinder to shorten them (I bought 4 lights). I also glued the black gasket to the cross bracket, because it just made sense. The lights also came with screws that appear to not fit anything, which was mentioned in at least one review I read. I opted to buy some 10-24 truss-head screws, due to their wider and slightly shallower head style. It was indicated in some of the reviews that these 55-watt LED assemblies are bright. But when I first flipped the switch at night, it was pretty eye opening. With four assemblies under the eve, my back yard is extremely illuminated. They also look really sweet with all-white house trim. Time will tell how long they last. ... show more

Live in the hill country outside of San Antonio, this area is rural. Installed to light up my back yard and this light is perfect for the job. This light replaced a 3000lm light and I would swear it is twice as bright as the 3000lm light.

1. The light casing looks looks very nicely build. Brightness as described. 2. The remote works as described. We have 4 units installed about a week back and they are working really well. 3. The customer support is fantastic. The first manufacture selling through amazon with excellent customer support. Very prompt with technical assistance and general help. They stand behind their products. Extremely pleased. 4. We have the 5000K temperature lighting and it truly matching the color temperature. 5. I gave a 5 star for water proof, but not yet experience wet weather yet, but I do not doubt the manufacturer. The light housing units are made of aluminum and they are nicely build. PRO: From the start this was a great product. Well packaged and well made. Easy installation and provides great lighting! Would definitely buy again!! CON: I ordered and received two lights, but only received one mounting bracket package. It wasn't a huge deal but I had to build my own mounting system which created a delay and bit of a headache. Not a major issue, but neither would have been shipping all the parts with the light kits. ... show more

Nice directional lights for a good price.. Easy to install and look great.. If they continue to last I’ll be very pleased with them.. Lights are aluminum but the base and swivel joints are plastic.. Seem to be descent quality tho..
