Problems with scooter and I have messaged the seller.They told me that they will send me the parts to fix it but I have to pay for postage,that's fine with me.My problem is they told me that the scooter needs to be rode correctly and I ask them to explain that to me.My granddaughter is 10 years old she is not to heavy for it,she rides it correctly.She gets on it and uses her foot to get it going then she she uses the button to make the electric scooter go and when she comes to a stop she slowly brakes until she comes to a stop,then she starts over again by using her foot to get it going and then uses the button to keep the electric scooter going.I want to know know what she is doing that he says it's needs to be ridden correctly but I have not received a reply back on that.Also it squeals all the time and they have not addressed that issue. ... show more
