The only reason I've this CPU cooler 4 instead of 5 stars is because the thermal Paste was used, so I had to buy thermal paste. The CPU cooler itself I give a 5 out of 5 star since it function with no issues.

ok right off the bat!!! This color changing fan is awesome!!! The coloring is a bit off to my current system colors but its close enough. The install can be a little tricky so I would say make sure you have enough clearance space from the board to the wall of the computer case and make sure your ram is not in the way. With any install around ram or other components that can easily be broke you might want to remove those items (Like the ram cards) prior to install so you don't accidently break one. Most these fans require a little amount of pressure to get them in place they need to sit tight and snug right on the processor for them to actual keep your pc cool. This cooler has the best hardware I have seen. None of those plastic push pins. it keeps the CPU at 30° at idle and has never gone over 45°. The only problem might be the size. It only fits in a full size tower.

Really like the aesthetic design of this cooler. It looks really nice. Unfortunately, it is not sufficient to cool an i7-12700k under load. Open air testing with fans on full from start, CPU hits 100C under load within the first 2 minutes on Cinebench R23. Tried remounting and new thermal paste several times, no change. I'm fairly disappointed I have to send it back, kids will be too because they loved the RGB. I replaced with it an Arctic Freezer 24 eSports DUO which seems to be good enough for 12700k. Using same testing criteria, the 24 maxed out around 78C in Cinebench. It has a smaller heat sink, and dual fans. I am pretty curious to see if modding a 2nd fan to this might make it viable...but don't want to mess with re-mounting anymore. ... show more

New i3-12100f with stock cooler was tripping shutdown at 90 Celsius with 25C ambient temps at 50% CPU load. With the i35 CO my CPU temps haven't gotten over 55C at 80% load. 10C lower at idle. I used the same Artic Silver thermal paste on each.

Installed this on an 12400F Intel chip and worked perfect. Artic doesn’t provide instructions in the box which I understand give how fast thing change it’s best to go online for the latest how to. The RGB looks nice. Wish I could add another fan the other side but I knew that before purchase. Great CPU cooler for the price. Nice the cooler has thermal paste already on it as well.
