What a fantastic bike for the money. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one really earned it. Every part feels high-quality, and the whole thing is built like a tank. Seriously, VERY solid. I got this for myself as a daily commuter, and it’s been a game changer. The controls are super intuitive, and the dual suspension makes even rough roads feel smooth. You can ride it like a normal pedal bike, full e-bike, or mix it up with pedal assist. The best part? You can dial in the top speed by adjusting the assist level, so it's perfect for both casual cruising and zippy trips. The frame size fits me perfectly, but my 5'1" partner also hopped on and felt comfortable. Most importantly, I actually look forward to riding this every day!!

I received my bike, and excited to take it out for its first ride! Shipping was right on time, and the box arrived in excellent condition. Everything was packed securely with plenty of foam, so the bike made it through shipping without a scratch. The assembly instructions are clear, detailed, and easy to follow. It also came with the tools needed. The tires feel sturdy and well-made, with a nice thick tread that gives them a quality feel. I 'm also a big fan of the matte black finish, it looks much more premium than I expected. Overall, I think this bike offers outstanding value for the power and performance it delivers.

The bike arrived looking great out of the box. While assembling, I noticed a few very small paint chips, nothing major, but enough that I wanted to mention it. After I put everything together and took it for the first ride, I realized the brakes were rubbing a bit and the stopping didn't feel smooth. Not terrible, but clearly not right. I reached out to URLIFE customer service. They didn't give me the runaround or make me send the whole bike back. Instead, they walked me through a video diagnosis, asked me to check a few things on the brake calipers and rotor alignment, and quickly identified that one of the brake parts had a minor defect. They immediately sent out a replacement brake assembly with clear installation instructions, no charge, no hassle. A few days later, the parts arrived. I swapped them out in about 20 minutes (I'm not a bike expert, but their video guide made it easy). Now the brakes are smooth, quiet, and stop confidently. No shaking, no lunging, just solid performance. Since then, I've put about 30 miles on the bike. The dual suspension is comfortable, the battery lasts a good long while, and my kid (and I) ride it almost every day. Update: I just want to add that URLIFE followed up a week later to make sure everything was working fine. The bike itself is great value, but knowing they'll actually help you if something goes wrong? That's what made me write this.

For starters this is my first ever e-bike i did plenty of searching all over the internet and found this to be one of the best options, when i ordered my expected delivery date was April 27th around 2 weeks after i placed my order. The bike came in over a week earlier than expected which was very great and a very fast delivery i was really happy about, but it did not come with the helmet as expected. The assembly was decently easy because it came mostly assembled my only problem was trying to follow along with the assembly video because it went a bit to fast and was hard to see exactly what he was doing at some parts of it, but overall pretty easy to assemble. Now, i use the bike to get myself to school and around my city, but i can barely go 20 miles without it about to die and needing a charge so the 60-80 miles range is a complete lie (Yes i use pedal assist). Also the bike says it can go through all types of terrain including sand, There is this part on my route to school that is sand and on the second day of having the bike and my first time riding it down there, to my knowledge and assumption (because it said so) it would be able to go through the sand with no issues, Boy was i wrong, i even had slowed down through it just in case (going around 9mph through it) and the bike completely lost control and i crashed on the right side of the bike and now my right pedal bar is bent inwards hitting the frame, that day i had to try and stop by many autoshops and stores trying to get someone to help me bend it back so i can ride it properly again which by the grace of God i was able too. i will never go through it riding again, i have to walk through it every time now. Other than that the bike has been decently reliable i have put 91 miles on it by the time of writing this review. The suspension is decent but i still have to break pretty hard when going over bumps. Going up hills is really easy without loosing much speed at all, the tires grip the sidewalks and roads really well. I am around 5’10 and the bike fits me really well i even ride it with my girlfriend sometimes and the seat is a bit smaller than expected but we still both fit slightly comfortably. Its a decently heavy and hard to fit into trunks, your going to need some muscle and alot of space for it. It also goes really fast it does reach 28 mph like expected, it goes 15-16mph in mode 1, 21-23mph in mode 2, and 25-28 in mode 3, it only reaches 27-28mph under the right circumstances like having good traction and a flat straight rode/sidewalk or downhill. The small compartment underneath the seat is really nice and handy but doesn't fit much only small things like the charger, my phone, my wallet, and things of that size, also really helpful that it locks. The removable battery is easy to remove and helpful for when i'm at school and need to bring it with me inside to charge while i have the bike locked up outside. The charging time is accurate depending on how low the bike battery is. The light on the front is really bright, but when riding outside while dark it isn't as bright as i would’ve hoped and its pretty hard to see the sidewalk infront of me, i almost crashed a few times because of it, i just wish it projected a bit more straight and down instead of all around in a circle. The breaks work really really well i could be going around 21mph and stop almost instantly you just gotta press them hard but it might drift a bit which is cool in my opinion in some cases. Now getting to the helmet, i just received it today May 3rd which is a week after the expected delivery date of April 27th and 2 weeks after i actually got the bike, and the box is damaged, ripped and has a hole in the side of it. Thankfully the helmet isn't damaged, the sealing label was also fully intact, i don't know what happened during shipping but it was really confusing to see how damaged the box was for the helmet and how long it took to come in, all honesty i wasn't expecting a helmet to come in at all because of how long it has been, i was about to go buy one myself. Overall this bike is great and worth the value. This is my full honest review and experiences of this bike, i wish i had a review like this when i was ordering but i hope i'm able to help any future buyers with decision making that may have interest in this bike. Got this e-bike for my son and it’s been a total win. Putting it together was no headache, pretty much just attach a few things and go. I was a little worried about the fit since he’s still growing, but the size worked out perfectly for him right now. He’s out for riding every single day, we’re only plugging it in to charging about every two days or so. That tells me the battery does its job. Showed up sooner than the date they gave me. Overall, no complaints. My son loves it, and that’s what matters.

This item was being sold for 250 then they cancelled my order. Amazon said buy it and we will refund you but they did not because they said it was a different seller. I believe this was a bait and switch sales tactic from the company. Now we have an ebike that was overpriced. Urlife company please message me to make this right. Amazon please be clear when giving instructions of refunds.

Checked out a bunch of options. I picked this one mainly because I thought it looked awesome – no shame. But when it showed up and I opened the box, I was honestly surprised. The build quality is rock solid. Way sturdier than my old bike, and nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. I put it together right in my front yard following a video guide, and it went fast – no headaches. My young son can even ride it because the speed control is really easy to get the hang of. Took it for a spin around the yard and it rides super smooth. The screen is actually useful – shows my speed and battery level clearly without any fuss. Pretty sure the range will cover my daily round trip with no problem. If anything changes down the road, I'll come back and update.Ideas is doing great and fun.
