The media could not be loaded. Incredibly easy to assemble, excellent quality, great speed and power, extremely fun to ride. I recently had back surgery and was depressed not being as mobile as I once was and this is awesome so I can get out and enjoy the fresh air! The bike is nice and has a lot of positives about. It's range in pedal assist is accurate and the speed is accurate. The display is great and I have not had any electrical issues. But it arrived without some of the bolts and one of the bolt holes was stripped out. But all in all a great bike and I highly recommend!

Been riding it for a few days now power is strong, hills are easy, and the speed is good. The battery lasts through several trips on one charge. The 20" fat tires make it stable on different roads, though the bike is a bit heavy to lift. Overall, it works well for daily rides and leisure.

I’ve been using this electric bike for my daily commute for weeks, and the experience is pretty positive. Its seat height is adjustable, and at 5'6", I find it fits me perfectly. Riding it feels effortless, and the suspension system combined with wide tires makes for a smooth and stable ride, even on uneven roads. What I really like is the powerful battery and strong motor. The brakes are responsive, and the overall performance feels solid. My round-trip commute is under 8 miles, and I only need to charge it about once a week. Charging is quick too within 5 hours for a full charge. Since I started using it, traffic jams are no longer a concern. It’s made my daily commute incredibly convenient and efficient. Just hope the battery could be stable and reliable to last long. I will update if I run into any issues in future.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is truly wonderful. We shopped around quite a bit. Paying this much for anything required we really do our homework to make sure what we purchased was a good fit. We previously had a different brand electric bike which wasn’t even close to this one The most impressive part of this bike is the pickup speed. On the highest level, it accelerates to 25mph in just a few seconds. It feels fast which is a lot of fun. The battery allowed us to ride it for several days before charging. We mostly use it around our neighborhood to get to friends houses and for enjoying the time outside. The bike has three settings. On zero, it requires you to pedal. One it accelerates fairly fast when you pedal and goes to about 15mph. Two it accelerates a little faster when you pedal and goes to 20mph. On three it accelerates really quick and goes to 25mph. I prefer to put it on one to get started then to increase the speed. The speedometer is wonderful and displays the speed and battery level. It’s easy to read and illuminates for nighttime. The battery allows you to also check how much charge is left without the speedometer being on. I would definitely purchase this again.

Build went smooth up until I had to put the front tire on. The Bolt and one Nut to properly lock in the tire is what looks to be Cold Welded together. Impossible to get apart. I've tried everything except resorting to torching the bolt red hot and try hammering it loose if possible. The bike comes with a 2nd Bolt which is nice...but the extra Nuts don't have the "rounded side" that fits into the thin little metal flat washer that goes into the side of the front wheel to help it spin smoothly. The other nuts catch the washer and rub against it. I figured out a way to make the 2nd Bolt fit with other nuts I had, but the tire is wobbly. Overall, the bike is awesome for the few minutes I tried it. The directions are terrible, but if you've ever put together a bike as kid or fixed them up, you'll have no problems with it.
