The lighter looks and feels good. I received it and filled it with fluid. It worked great for about three days. I noticed that the flame was getting smaller and the flame height adjustment didn’t make a difference. It eventually started taking more strikes to get a very small flame. It would light up every ten to fifteen strikes and still had the small flame. I was going to return it for a replacement but, after I advised my wife it wouldn’t work, she assumed it was trash a threw it away. I guess, at that point, that specific lighter was trash. Not looking for any type of return or credit just stating the facts. You live and you learn. I did and now I will look for the old pack of five refillable lighters I had previously ordered. They worked great for a much longer time. UPDATE I wanted to update my review. I had registered the lighter on the Urgrette website. I reached out and promptly received a response and that all I needed was to provide a picture or video of the lighter. I had a short video of the lighter and submitted it. I again received a quick response advising that a new and different version of the lighter had been sent. Great customer service and I will definitely purchase other Urgrette products in the future. I just received this, and I am trying it out now. I like the adjustable gentle flame and the angle for pipe lighting. I like the built in pipe tools, it appears to be of good quality, and the price point is right on. I like the wood grain appearance.

This pipe lighter is fantastic! It works great so far. I love the flame that it puts out. The best thing is the pipe tools that are attached to the lighter. This way I don't have to carry the tools separate. This was a great price. I hope it holds up for a long time. I love it and recommend it.

This lighter is of poor quality. Equal to a disposable. The adjustability is ok, but very sensitive. It will not be a sure lite on every click and it will need to be refilled often.

I bought this lighter since I go thru disposables quickly. I have a cheaper refillable lighter and chose to try this lighter since the cheaper one is difficult to click or ignite, but it ignites within 2 clicks always. This lighter after 30 days stopped igniting properly. What a disappointment. Packaged well,feels good,easy to click, just doesn't ignite. Any one who uses lighters knows how frustrating it is when you have a full tank of fuel and your lighter does not work. Not even worth getting a refund or returning. This lighter is a thumbs down. My opinion only, did not receive any compensation for my review.

Nice look and feel, but not great when lighting it. Like most reviews have said, it lights with a small flame. When I trunk the adjuster up to make it bigger it only grows a little. It is worthless in small breezes as well. It would not stay lit under small wind conditions. The outer faux wood comes off very easy, I did it by dropping it on my kitchen counter so don't expect that to last with use. The tools are nice, but not really functional considering you are holding a lighter which makes their use awkward. I would NOT recomend this light at this cost.
