  • I like it.
I primarily use an elliptical for my cardio (since my knees couldn't take the pounding of my even going 4+ mph on my much larger treadmill). I didn't want two large pieces of exercise equipment in the house, so I gave the larger treadmill to a non-profit and got this one so that I could go a couple rounds of slower walking (e.g., 2.5 mph) after meals. It's perfect for my use. I like that it takes up so little space and that it's quiet. I only found one other in this form factor that had a belt as long as this one — an inch longer, actually — but I didn't like that its motor had less horsepower. I'm about 5' 11". and might have made do with a shorter one, but I'm sure it wouldn't be nearly as nice to walk on. If anything, even as a skinny guy, it's the width of the belt that forces me to pay attention. What others have said about the remote having a short range is true, but I don't find that a problem. When the time comes, I might need to swap the battery sooner in order to maintain the best range Others have also mentioned an error code that appears. In my case, that happens whenever I leave the main power switch on and the treadmill on standby. It's easily resolved by turning the main switch off and on or flipping it off after each use. And some have commented on the maneuverability. Also true. It's at least 50 pounds but, in my case, I have it on a hardwood floor so lifting it from the back and using the two front wheels works out just fine. I looked at more expensive under-desk treadmills that cost three times as much. They were obviously more substantial and weighed an extra hundred pounds, but the other specs were pretty much the same (e.g., belt length, belt width, and horsepower). The more expensive ones had fancier wired controls, but since I'm using this while standing behind my couch, the remove control is just fine. If this unit lasts a few to several years, it's more cost-effective to replace it multiple times for the same amount I could have spent on a single more expensive unit. I have only been using it for about a month and, so far, it appears to be a good value for the money. Lastly, mine came with a faulty power switch. It caused the treadmill to stay on, so at least I was able to use it. The manufacturer quickly responded to all messages and immediately sent a replacement switch. ... show more

  • Pretty good however….
I’ve been wanting a walking pad on and off for a year. But wasnt sure if it was going to be just another phase where I like the idea and never use it. So I didn’t want to break the bank on something I wasn’t 100% commuting to. I didn’t want to buy the cheapest thing. I’m not a light gal. I just want to close my Move ring lol. This walking pad does the job BUT the biggest thing that I’ve gotten used to is whenever I step on the “seam” of the belt. I jerk a little which almost makes me loose balance. So when it’s at the highest speed (4mph) I really gotta focus on my balance/prepare myself whenever I step on the seam part. ... show more

  • Helpful customer service
When I first got the treadmill the remote didn’t work but the seller was very helpful and sent me a new working remote. So far the treadmill is great!

  • Wore out quickly
The first month was amazing, but it quickly got worse and worse. I followed all the maintenance and operational instructions, but the treadmill quickly got weaker and weaker, the motor running slow and hot, hot enough to make a burning plastic smell that makes you dizzy. Originally this happened after about an hour of use, so I would make sure to use it less than that, figuring that was the limit. It's been getting worse and worse, now it can't go about 10 minutes before the burning smell is overwhelming. The belt can't stay in alignment and requires constant adjustments, it moves at least half a mile slower than it's set to, and each time I use it the thing holds out for less and less time before I have to stop. If it stayed at the level when I got it, this would be a 5 star-review, easy. But 400 dollars makes for an expensive single month of use before it becomes useless at best and a chemical/heat hazard at worst. I've contacted support, maybe they will fix it, and if they do I'll happily give an update, but in the meantime this review reflects the current condition and experience of the product. It's just far too expensive to have worn out like this. ... show more

  • So great until it wasn’t, but company has great service!
Update: both Amazon and Urevo have been very helpful and offered a refund/replacement and coupon. I’ll be getting another one with this company Like some have said, this is a game changer for remote working. It is a nice looking design, quiet and easy to adapt to. I was logging 12-13k steps a day, totally addicted to getting my steps in and feeling great and then one day it seemed to smell (more than usual-I’ve seen others say this) and was really hot so I only used it for half the time. I noticed that every few days there’s a black powdery substance(others have said this too) that would be at the back on my mat, maybe dried grease or the belt rubbing? There isn’t much space between the bottom with the belt and the ground. So that day I let it cool down and checked it later and it was fine. It started right up and had no errors. Then today, I started it up and nothing! Reset it and the belt came on but it shook and vibrated and moved super slow. Then it just stopped altogether and won’t kick on now. The display comes on but it won’t move! Only had it a month and was in love with the thing. I thought it would be perfect with all the good reviews. It doesn’t shut off on you like some others and was super easy to work. I chatted with Amazon and they had me try some things, but said they would pick it up and refund me.(thank god as it was so expensive!)I’d rather return it now than have a bandaid fix only to break again later. Really not looking forward to finding another one! ... show more

  • Still working
While this does not appear to be the most durable piece of exercise equipment we have, it does seem to be holding up so far. I gave it a higher rating because it is priced a lot lower and is smaller than a traditionally treadmill. We only use if for walking while at a desk.

  • Squeaking like crazy
This product is great but is suddenly started to squeak like crazy. We've attempted to troubleshoot to no avail. The squeaking is maddening!!!
