The packaging arrived severely damaged but I'm not surprised considering I watched through my doorbell camera the FedEx delivery driver carrying it by himself and dropping it from about four feet high onto my porch. The yellow bushing part by the seat is cracked, and there is a large dent in the metal handlebar sensors. Additionally, the hardware kit was torn and open but fortunately all hardware was still in the box. It is disappointing that FedEx handles packages so terribly, but the pack should really be redesigned for this extra wear and tear. Outside of the shipping damage, the bike rides nicely and is great for an entry level workout bike. There is a small ticking noise if I get going too fast but I'm hoping that works itself out over use. The exercise program I am doing tells you what speed to hit in RPMs and the bike tells you speed in MPH, so I need a calculator on hand to compute (it would be a bonus if it showed speed in both figures). Those two things would be my only minor complaints. ... show more

Originally got these for my wife, but in a add turn of events I've been using it as well. Great for beginners like myself and was pretty easy to put together. Pretty small so easy to make room for it. The sit is pretty uncomfortable but that's a easy work around.

I ordered this a couple weeks ago and use it multiple times a week. For the price it’s actually pretty good quality, it’s developed a clicking sound when I use it but nothing major and I’m sure it could be easily fixed. Company reached out to me to resolve issue, updated stars. Honestly if I knew the hassle of this bike, I wouldn't of bought it but it'll do for now. The box arrived and half of the box was practically destroyed, it was so damaged that all the screws and little tools were scattered everywhere. I had to go buy my own parts for some of this because of the damages, parts were missing. I also got shattered splinters in my thumb from some of the big pieces that had jagged edges. The seat is VERY uncomfortable, the top of the bike where the handles are sits crooked and the bike is not quiet. I also was very irritated that the advertisement on amazon, in the "about the item" part says its holds a maximum of 330LBS and once I read the instructions it only holds 260lbs. I have to tighten basically everything on the bike before every workout.. If you want something that is cheap and will fall apart quickly, this is for you.
