The media could not be loaded. Wow great scooter and I love the basket and strap down it came with. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was the fully inflated big tires, others are a little too small but these look like they mean business. Also loved how very easy it was to assemble; I was out riding in 30 minutes. It powered right up, and the easy-to-read display gave me all the info I needed. First and foremost, the quality of the adult scooter. The scooter is robust, well-designed, and performs brilliantly. The ride is smooth, the speed is impressive, and the battery life is more than sufficient for my daily commutes. Every feature, from the acceleration to the braking system (flashing brake light), works flawlessly, making my rides both safe and enjoyable. I must also give credit to the front headlight, it's nice and bright even in the daytime. Also easily folds so I can fit it in my car no worries there. Note the dog in the picture is not include but still. Overall, it's a good scooter!

This is my second e-scooter. I received the first one as a gift in 2019 and loved it, but its fender broke off after a week and the solution from the company was to send a soldering iron and fuse it back myself. I wound up duct taping it. It served its purpose, but I wanted an upgrade. I needed a durable frame and a motor with enough power to conquer the hills of San Francisco where I reside. I was thrilled when I received this one because it's solidly built and the larger wheels make the ride much smoother. I'm only 5' and this is a bit taller than my other one, but I still ride comfortably. I added a rucksack in front to carry my lock and other smaller items. The added basket in the rear is great for grocery shopping and running errands. Only one minor complaint regarding the connector for the brake light. It was so difficult to connect to two wires. It looked easy enough, but use care when doing so or else you may have to bring it to your nearby auto shop to straighten the pins that you inadvertently bent whilst attempting to connect the two. Yep. That was me. 🤦🏻♀️ Other than that, it was very easy to put together. Great value for the price! Highly recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was excited to receive the scooter once it arrived since the reviews were not that bad. The instructions were not clear. It only had pictures of how to set up the scooter which was very vague and simplest instructions. It took me a while to set it up since the instructions were not clear. Once I set it up, the scooter was not working -.-. I even charged over night and still doesn’t work. Kept saying error 10 and look over the instructions manual on how to fix it. No where in the instruction explain how to fix the issues. It will only share what certain warning codes means if it appears on the screen but it doesn’t instruct on what you should do or how to fix it. I emailed customer service several times asking how I can fix the issues since the scooter isn’t moving at all. I rather fix the issue than returning it. They got back to me 3 days later asking me to screenshot my order and verified my order which I did then continue to ask my home address along my phone number which I felt little odd bc I repeatedly ask if they can share instructions on how I can fix it. It could be that they’re asking me these questions to send me a new scooter but they could’ve just explained that it’s impossible to repair but they didn’t . Customer service didn’t feel real or reliable.

Nice scooter, as fast advertised, and handles nicely over bumpy terrain. Arrived in good time. Assembly instructions could include more detail but were very helpful for quick assembly. Minor wiring defect upon delivery, but the manufacturer has been responsive in working to amend the issue.

Boy, I can’t say enough about this particular scooter. I searched online and I really wanted something that was higher quality, and had a bigger place to put my feet. This did not disappoint! I did get one for myself and one for my husband, and we've had the most fun on them. If you put it in second gear you start off really fast. Start in first if not sure. So they are super sturdy, even for a big man, and handle very well. Also love the basket!

I was excited for my scooter to arrive. To my surprise it came early!! Open the box and I was impressed. Clean, simple instructions, tires aired up and battery fully charged. Seeing my package to riding my scooter took me less than 40 minutes!! Impressive!! Smooth ride, bright lights, great power, and a sleek black color.
