Cooling ability is not something that you can rely on as well as noise level. I have a decent size master’s bedroom but we can’t get it cool enough even if we put ice plus the 4 ice pack that came with it, and we still have to turn on the ceiling fan to help. It is not something that can replace a window-type AC. We have a centralized AC but our room gets warmer in the summer due to sun facing. I’m planning to install an inward blower in the basement to boost the fan through the second floor.

This is a glorified portable fan. Not much cooling ability, but the fan is powerful.

The fan function is nice but when I tried to use the evaporative cooler portion of the fan, it became disappointing quickly. A lot of the water I added to the tank ended up leaking all over my floor. I ran the fan in the evaporative cooler for an hour but by then all of the water in tank had either leaked all over my floor or been used in the process. Definitely recommend to stay away from this brand.

Horrible product. A glorified fan. On the company’s website it lists a 2.8 overall review. On Amazon’s it lists a 4.5 overall review. Very deceptive on Amazons behalf.

Cold water and the ice packs made very little difference. Works fine as a fan and air filter but won’t cool any room larger than a hallway bathroom.

This product is not the least bit quiet like it advertises. They send a card which says they will help with customer support but let me tell you they never call you back, they never reply to email and this process has been dragged out for over a month. This company has the worst customer support I have ever seen. Finally I reached out to Amazon directly who handled my situation. I would not recommend this company, their products don't hold what they say and they will string you along.
