Arrived severely dented in two places and since a couple of the reviews for this product mention cosmetic damage upon arrival, I had to assume that this is a result of imroper storage and/or improper packaging. The packing materials that the fridge arrives in are standard for short-distance travel, i.e., from the store, to the car, to the kitchen....but they are not meant for long-distance shipping and the result is cosmetic damage. Once the shipping materials are more robust, then moving forward, this won't be an issue. I was contacted by a seller representative and she has been absolutely sensational in assisting me. I received a genuine note of apology from the rep, on behalf of the seller. The representative offered me a choice to replace the fridge at no cost to me or to receive a full refund. This says a great deal about the seller's high-marked level of integrity and it displays an exceptionally grand level of customer service. It's clear that the seller values each of their customers and that they stand behind the products they sell. This means more to me than I can say, considering that money is scarce these days. I can feel safe about continuing to purchase products from this specific seller - which is exactly what I'm doing today, in fact!! Thank you for everything, Nora!!! The fridge works VERY well and the space inside is surprisingly ample. The freezer compartment is large enough to accomodate a pack of chicken thighs, an ice tray, an ice pack, bone-in pork chops, AND a small container of frozen stock!! The freezer also comes equipped with adjustable temp control. The main fridge is also very, very roomy - there's a veg crisper that holds LOTS of veggies, a canned drink/bottle storage, adjustable shelves, and places for jars, cheeses, etc. The temp is always perfectly chill. There is no mechanical noise or humming, whatsoever. Absolute quiet. I was concerned about noise, too. But this is perfectly quiet. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the performance of this fridge and you will be too!! PS This fridge comes in some really amazing color choices, too!

fridge arrived with a dent on the front door of the fridge. I would resolve the way the fridge is shipped by the seller. The fridge works has intended. I brought up the dent to the seller and they offered for a replacement door or discount and I took the discount because it was a good deal for a mini fridge with a compact freezer for me. Gets caked in ice. They have excellent customer service and helped resolve the issue. Overall the fridge works really well.

Got the pink one and it's so cute and an awesome color! Arrived almost perfect, it has one tiny dent in the upper back, abouth the size of a US quarter coin, not enough to worry about returning or deducting a star. Interestingly, as others mentioned, the packaging was flawless and undamaged, making me wonder if some of these damages are happening at the production and packaging stage. A couple more noteworthy points not worth deducting a star over: + It has an extremely strong chemical odor inside on arrival. Don't make my mistake and put your food 'n water in there right away. I put an open carafe of water inside to cool overnight, and the water absorbed and became tainted with a very bad taste and smell from the chemicals. Get a couple baking soda boxes (and maybe those activated carbon odor absorbers) and run it with those in there for a day or two. It might not hurt to give the interior surfaces a good damp wipe down then a dry wipe down too. + There's no light...lol. Yes I knew this going in, but it truly is dark in there with no lamp. It seems to me that adding a light couldn't add more than a few dollars to production costs, and I bet consumers would gladly pay an additional $5 if it had a light, just an LED or two would be enough. I'll probably rig up a rechargeable magnet-activated switch lamp that can activate when the door opens, but not a lot of customers will have the skills to do that. + It struggles to hold a standard height milk or water gallon jug or a Brita filter carafe. There's plenty of room, but you have to put the gallon jug or carafe onto the lowest shelf and then raise the adjustable shelf up high. On the highest shelf adjustment, it clears the jug/carafe just fine but then there's just a tiny tiny bit of space on that upper shelf. You can put the shelf on the second highest position, but then the shelf rests precisely on the jug/carafe and you have to kinda fight with it to get it in and out. The solution is just to buy smaller milk/water and a smaller Brita filter carafe, but just know this is a limitaiton. Overall am very happy and would buy again or recommend!

I absolutely love this mini fridge! I use it in my office at work, and it has been the perfect addition to my workspace. The size is ideal for storing drinks, lunches, snacks, and other essentials without taking up too much room. The cooling performance has been excellent. My drinks stay cold, my food stays properly refrigerated, and I haven't had any issues with inconsistent temperatures. The freezer compartment is also a great bonus. It keeps frozen items frozen and works exactly as I hoped it would for a mini fridge of this size. Another thing I appreciate is how quiet it is. I just got this delivered and honestly I'm super impressed right off the bat. Its huge, way bigger than I expected for some reason and I also got it on sale for like 135 dollars or something which is insane. It started right up when I plugged it in and it's completely silent. I noticed some people say the shipping protection was lacking, mine came with metal bumpers taped to the corner and a lot of heavy Styrofoam and everything inside was well secured with tape and Styrofoam. It also comes with a mini ice tray that I just think is a very practical but also whimsical and fun touch. I'm glad I got this now I dont have to be afraid of anyone taking my redbulls lol.

This was delivered yesterday. I was relieved and very happy that it was not dented like so many people had happen to theirs. I waited 24 hours before plugging it in. I have it at 4 and it cooled quickly. It does hold a lot. I wanted it for my spare bedroom where I work. And I’ll fill it with snacks when my grandkids stay over. My only cons are the bin is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. I was only able to put four sandwich size Ziploc’s of cantaloupe in it. It doesn’t go all the way back, it is not the length of the shelves. My other con is yes the shelves are adjustable, but most likely you’re going to keep the bottom one on top of the bin. In most pictures, including mine you’ll notice the bottom shelf is on top of the bin, which is not a big deal. There’s still plenty of room. And that orange juice I have on the door is a quart size bottle. The small bin is why I gave it a four
