Fantastic quality! Functions in all aspects of your Xbox experience! Very easy to slap on and to remove, and light but very durable. I wasn’t expecting much from a silicone sleeve, but this Xbox controller cover genuinely exceeded my expectations. The palm extensions down at the base of the grips make this a very comfortable cover for someone with large hands like myself. The new shape tucks nicely into the palm as well as gives your fingers a bit more to wrap around on the outside of the device. The thumb caps that come with the cover don't glow like the rest of it does, which is slightly odd in my opinion. But they are however slightly smaller in diameter and therefore more snug and reliable on smaller sticks. I ended up replacing them on my xbox controller but reusing them elsewhere, they're still quality items. I have serious doubts this would do much in the way of protecting the controller from any kind of damage, impact or otherwise. On a carpet it may provide an adequate layer of armor to prevent any kind of internal issues upon a drop. But it's far from impact or spill resistant if you're looking to get it purely to protect your controller.

It fits the Serirs X Controller well. It’s pretty thin and mostly unobtrusive. Seems durable, when I stretched it over the controller to put it on I immediately found myself hoping it doesn’t tear. As hard as I had to pull and stretch, it didn’t tear at all. I like the grip and the way it feels in my hands. I’m hoping it will protect it if I drop it. I’ve done so a few times already without any damage so I decided to buy this to protect it for any other drops or falls in the future. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is if you use the tips for the top of your sticks on mine when I push the left stick forward all the way move it against the rim of the stick socket let’s call it. The tips of the sticks rub against the skin and you can feel it stick a little. Let me be completely clear this is a very minor thing and I use them anyway and would only deduct a half a star for it if I could. If I were to not use the rubber tips and just the main skin 5 stars.

Given the low price of this grip, it's an excellent money-to-value ratio. The material is smooth but grippy, and it's just loose enough to make taking it off and back on easy. This is good because I've noticed the grip starts to get sticky if I use it after using hand sanitizer or lotion or something. So it's nice to be able to slip it off and wash the grip every one in a while. The thumb grips for the joysticks are really great. Super easy to take on/off, and they feel very comfortable. They do add a few millimeters to the height of the stick, but I have long thumbs so I barely notice it. My only gripe is that the thumb grips rub against the main grip a bit on the left joystick. Just the way the controller is contoured, the upper right of the left joystick range will rub the silicone together. Because otherwise this I generally don't use the thumb grips because I don't like the sensory feel of the silicone-on-silicone. However it's not very noticeable so for most people it's probably fine.
