Arrived severely dented in two places and since a couple of the reviews for this product mention cosmetic damage upon arrival, I had to assume that this is a result of imroper storage and/or improper packaging. The packing materials that the fridge arrives in are standard for short-distance travel, i.e., from the store, to the car, to the kitchen....but they are not meant for long-distance shipping and the result is cosmetic damage. Once the shipping materials are more robust, then moving forward, this won't be an issue. I was contacted by a seller representative and she has been absolutely sensational in assisting me. I received a genuine note of apology from the rep, on behalf of the seller. The representative offered me a choice to replace the fridge at no cost to me or to receive a full refund. This says a great deal about the seller's high-marked level of integrity and it displays an exceptionally grand level of customer service. It's clear that the seller values each of their customers and that they stand behind the products they sell. This means more to me than I can say, considering that money is scarce these days. I can feel safe about continuing to purchase products from this specific seller - which is exactly what I'm doing today, in fact!! Thank you for everything, Nora!!! The fridge works VERY well and the space inside is surprisingly ample. The freezer compartment is large enough to accomodate a pack of chicken thighs, an ice tray, an ice pack, bone-in pork chops, AND a small container of frozen stock!! The freezer also comes equipped with adjustable temp control. The main fridge is also very, very roomy - there's a veg crisper that holds LOTS of veggies, a canned drink/bottle storage, adjustable shelves, and places for jars, cheeses, etc. The temp is always perfectly chill. There is no mechanical noise or humming, whatsoever. Absolute quiet. I was concerned about noise, too. But this is perfectly quiet. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the performance of this fridge and you will be too!! PS This fridge comes in some really amazing color choices, too!

I like it so far. No dents or problems. Excellent packaging. Easy to carry at about 41 lbs. Roomy enough for drinks like pop, energy drinks, and bottled water. I also keep fruit, jello cups, salads and other snacks in it. The freezer section is excellent for lunch meat. It did freeze a pound of turkey loaf. I can fit 3 frozen dinners in the freezer if I remove them from the boxes. After removing the refrigerator from the box, I allowed it to sit for a day before adding food and drinks. It gradually became cold set at 3. I prefer to set it at 4 for a more lower temperature. It doesn't make a lot of noise to me. It shuts on and off and it's audible. Then there are other normal sounds that it makes. Nothing annoying to me but if you are sensitive to sound place it away from your sleeping area. I'm happy that I purchased this and hope to get many happy years out of it.

Arrive ahead of time given. No dents. Functioning well. Close to my bed. No noise, very quiet. I gave it four stars because I don't know how long it will last. Also, the freezer area is very small, will hold several bottles of water 16 oz, but they only get very cold it did not freeze after about 24 hours. Update:February 26, 2024. Will freeze a bottle of water. Moved temp to 5, which is the highest. Keeps everything cold. Working well so far.

I returned the mini fridge I ordered because of slight damage to the metal door and further damage to a bottom corner. I am quite sure that it happened in the shipping process. Alan from Upstreman offered me very good customer service in getting the return set up. He did offer me a $50 refund if I opted to keep the refrigerator but because it is meant for our guest house that is being completely remodeled I was not interested in installing even a slightly damaged product. The hardest part for me was getting the thing packed up in a box that had no bottom. The only thing holding it in apparently were a couple of straps that I had to cut to get it out in the first place. So I had to fashion a bottom out of some cardboard I had. Damage on the box matched the damage on the fridge. I do think that a better pack job with more protective styrofoam would have prevented this but that is for the Upstreman folks to decide. That said, I won't rate the product but the customer service, and especially Alan, gets an A Plus from me.

My refrigerator in my RV travel trailer that I am living in out in the country hasn't worked since day 1! I just get the run around from the dealership and they want me to bring it to their shop in Edmond. I'm sorry, but I have 3 dogs and cats and cannot live in a maintenance shop while they fix it. They also would charge me a fee and mileage cost to come to me and fix it.. So buying this refrigerator was way cheaper and I'm glad I did! It's a great little refrigerator. It's even bigger inside than I thought it would be. I waited the 6 hours before plugging it in and turning it on. It is working great! I love it and I'm so happy to have a refrigerator again! The weird thing is that the freezer that came with the trailer works great but not the refrigerator. Oh well, I'm happy now!

The Upstreman 3.2 Cu.Ft Mini Fridge is super quiet and super cold with a decent amount of interior space. Easily fits 30 to 36 (12 ounce) beer bottles with some additional space on inside of door for more items. Keeps refrigerated items icy cold when set at the lowest temperature setting. Seller's dimensions and measurements are accurate. The fridge is so light weight that when empty you will need to hold the body in place while opening the door (this is not an issue when the fridge is full). The mini fridge was delivered quickly by Amazon and arrived in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the Upstreman mini fridge so far. Recommended! Cheers!!!
