  • Good product at a good price
Size: 625VA/360W
Easy to set up. Worked well during the recent spate of power outages

  • Power to the people
Size: 1250VA/720W
These were refurbished units and they work pretty good. I was a little worried. There was a recall for fire hazard. And I think these have been the refurbished ones after they were recalled so they were an excellent price. They’re very heavy and that’s actually a good sign because if you buy any electronics in it light, it’s crap.. As Electronics technician, I always check the weight to see that it had a lot of weight that meant it had a power transformer and heavy magnets on the speakers, etc. ... show more

  • Fully featured UPS, but with some software quirks
Size: 625VA/360W
I just bought this UPS (625VA version) to replace old failed CyberPower device. This UPS works, but there are some quirks/issues with the PC connection/software - it requires some tinkering to get it working - setup is not easy. Pros: - Good value for money - inexpensive yet fully-featured UPS, with LCD screen and USB connection for PC - AVR (automatic voltage regulation) feature - Battery is easy to replace (and potentially upgrade) - Decent battery run time - at least according to specs (have not tested it yet) - Compact size Cons: - While this UPS can be connected to a PC USB port, unlike APC or many other brands it is not recognized as a standard UPS device - you have to install proprietary software - Software requires registration, and the process could be confusing - Software is not provided with the device, you have to download it, and the link provided in the manual is for an older version that does not work with the current Windows version The link in the manual points to UPSilon2000 software v5.5, but this version for some reasons does not work properly on the current Windows OS - it is unable to communicate with the UPS device. I found newer version v6.0 of the same software, this version works properly and is able to communicate with the UPS device. The v6.0 version is here: megatec.com.tw/UPSilon2000V6.0.rar Registration process: Software requires registration, using CD code printed on one of the stickers on the UPS device (not serial number but CD code!). Registration process is asking for your email, and asks to setup a password (presumably to be able to re-register if you reinstall software). Set good long random password for it - don't use a password you are using anywhere else. Shipping was quick and problem-free, would recommend this seller. ... show more

  • Great for the price
Size: 625VA/360W
So far so good. I got this for my Internet box. Every time the power flickers it causes the box to reboot and that's 15 minutes every time! I was over it so I got this and it definitely works!

  • Garbage
Size: 625VA/360W
Having owned 2 of the 360W models, both died in quick succession. When first purchased, I placed a 350W load on the PSU, it wouldn’t handle the load while plugged into the wall. I eventually had to drop the load down to 280W, well below the rated 360W. At 280W, it handled the load fine. But when testing the PSU, by unplugging from the wall, I would have less than 20sec of backup power. Yes, the PSU’s battery was at 100%, from leaving it unloaded and plugged in overnight. Around day 40 of ownership, I decided to test out the PSU again. Once I pulled the plug from the PSU, everything died. Further testing revealed that it could only mange to battery back up an Eero Pro 6E…7.5W. Yes battery was at 100%. I attempted to contact the seller and manufacturer, but it has been more than 30days, and I still have not received a response. Regarding my 2nd PSU. I had this PSU powering my Eero, phone, and modem. I awoke to find that I had no internet access. I came to discover that the unit itself died. It powers on and off, but no power is being sent to any equipment. To add, this particular PSU, less than 2 months old, will only register a battery capacity of 25%. Yes, did turn on and off, no change. To the manufacturer and seller: I would like to be contacted for a refund/replacement, as there is a one year warranty. But a warranty doesn’t mean anything unless it is honored and a resolution implemented. ... show more

  • Great little device
Size: 425VA/240W
I wanted a UPS to plug our home internet router into to save it from any small outages and give us internet access to our phones and tablets. This was $50 on prime day and offered alot for the price. It arrived on time and once I installed it and plugged the router into it, 2 days later we lost power for about an hour as the power company decided to swap our local transformer. The UPS did the job perfectly and after an hour we were only down 25% in battery power so I expect we would have maintained usable power level for a few hours more. Small device with a nice operating app to upload on my desktop to monitor stats with. ... show more
