    • LOVE IT! Beautiful and love the ability to switch from freezer to fridge depending on my needs.
Love the look. Wish I could get another but with the door opening the opposite direction. Love how easily frozen items stack on the shelves - I can finally see what I have! I like that it alerts if the temperature goes above a fixed temp during a power outage etc. so you'd know if anything goes bad. Door is a snug closure. Maintains a very cold temperature. Literature says $69/year in electricity so I think that's great! What sold me on it was the Amazon delivery option. Fast delivery, you pick the day and time and, poof! it arrives! I read the other reviews, someone had a problem with one and Amazon delivered another and picked up the first one. Better than any appliance store in my area! Yes, I would buy again!! ... show more

    • Works great BUT…….
The freezer works great, it meets our needs and is quite look large. However, there was absolutely no communication from the seller. We had no idea/clue “when” this would be delivered. Someone called the day before it was delivered to let us know it would be delivered the following day. When the delivery guys arrived I told them which door they should use to bring it in as our front stairs needed work and we’re not safe. The lead guy insisted on bringing it in through the unsafe door. Thankfully, no one was hurt but the other guy complained to me about how bad the stairs were. I clearly tools him that I had tools his partner NOT to use that door because the stairs weren’t safe! AND they brought the freezer into the house and left it in the living room. I asked “aren’t you at least to going to bring it to the room it will go in?” He showed me the paperwork that read “ in the house”, lol. They left it in the box. I ended up removing the packaging and found MANY dents on the door. While the product itself works well, I’m pissed that I paid A LOT of money for poor communication, crappy delivery and attitude, and a damaged product. AND if one of those guys had gotten hurt on my front stairs AFTER telling them they weren’t safe and NOT to use them, they would have sued my home owners insurance. AND they never checked to make sure the product was in good condition before they left! I am less than pleased! ... show more

    • Very big freezer
I purchased this freezer because I bought half a cow and needed more space to store it. This freezer could easily store a full cow and maybe more. You can also set your own temperature which I keep at 0 Fahrenheit. The stainless steel looks great too.

Doors cannot be reversed and it’s not 28inches it’s 33 inches wide. Huge difference. Had to return.
