Love the product I've used it for years. But ive always bought it local and in the tube. The pump bottle is garbage. Also and this is splitting hairs but when you read the item description it translates to the tubes. Because you order a 3.38 FL Oz bottle and you get a 3.3 FL Oz. Personally it could be a 2 Oz tube and you'd get more use out of it because the design isn't a turd like this bottle.

Do not like the new packaging. Prefer the tube like previous orders. Pump does not work, wastes a lot of product at bottom of container. May have to switch brands.

Great product! But unfortunately packaging was horrible. Got the package and over half of it was spilled out all over the bag. Please find a better way to package and ship.

The product works great. I have been using it for years. Now they changed the packaging from a tube to a pump. It barely squirts out and then you have find a way to get the rest of the product out. Their tube was a lot better. This pump bottle sucks

This came highly recommended by my barber who is 3 years deep in a beard, and at my 6 month point and after using this for about a month I have to agree. First thing I noticed is it has an amazing scent to it, it's like a sweet almond like smell, but not over powering. It also goes away after awhile which I like, I don't like having an insane scent coming from my face. Best of all, its lady approved. As far as use, a little bit goes a long way! At first I included it in my normal routine and I didn't feel like I was noticing a difference. The product is really light weight, and when its in your beard it doesn't feel any different(which is a good thing). When I didn't use it was when I visually noticed a difference, my beard is naturally curly and it was all over the place! But this beard balm tames it really well without my beard feeling or smelling gross like other products do. With all that said for me it has been perfect. great addition to my beard care. I use this along with JS Sloane Beard oil and my beard has never been better.

This was an exceptional product. I own several other products from this brand including pomade ‘s, all of which have been exceptional. I really like the scent, and the consistency, as compared to other beard products it is neither hard nor requires a lot of work in your hands to soften it up. It actually strikes me almost like a grooming cream like you would use for your hair, with just a slight bit more tackiness. I would certainly by this again, and I switch from a lot of other beard balm’s to this one.
