At first I was a bit skeptical, but I was extremely pleased by the quality of this product. 1. The packaging was outstanding and considering if i had to move eventually this would be a breeze to pack and unpack (took about 35min to assemble for me) 2. Very easy to assemble. I’m an old lady and assembled the bed by myself. There were a couple of wrong parts. They sent me the new parts within a week. It’s very sturdy and is perfect in my son’s room. Update: we’ve had this bed a few months now and still love it. It’s holding up great.

I ordered this bed because I wanted something a little softer, in appearance. My first co cern was where this bed was manufactured, so I read through customer questions and found one that asked my question. The answer was...the bed is manufactured in northern California. Great! I was happy. I get the bed in the estimated time frame and I was happy...until I read that the bed was actually manufactured in China. I've been trying to buy American as much as possible, so this kinda peaved me. The parts were all there...however, some were bent and I had to strong arm them to fit together as they should. The pre-drilled holes were slightly off, so that was another fight. Once I got everything together and straight, the bed was fine. It sits lower than I expected and there's no way to adjust the height of the bed. Other than these slight issues, the bed seems sturdy and looks nice. For the price, I really shouldn't complain...too much.

I bought this twin bed frame for a guest room in my house. It arrived here on time with No damage. The package was impressive because everything was stored inside headboard. Setup was easy with clear instructions. It took less than 30 minutes by one person. No tools needed as it was included. It was very sturdy, well made and nice modern looking as well. Positive Point: It had steel frames crossed in center and an additional steel bar attached to it and headboard legs for sturdiness. There are extra storage rooms 1) under the bed, and also, 2) inside of the headboard. 2 adjustable headboard height is an additional positive point. Superior quality of a rachet in replacement of a standard allen wrench was a nice bonus. Point of Consideration: It only had Twin, Full, Queen, King. No Twin XL and Cal King. It only had 3 color options - Beige, Light Grey, Dark Grey. It would be better for customer to choose from if it had more color variations. Set-up video would be additional help. Currently, it is unavailable. Overall, WAY BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT I ORDERED. 5 STAR!!!

I bought the light gray in the full size a year ago for my 3 year old. Because she kept getting bruises on her legs from climbing in her wooden toddler bed, I specifically wanted something upholstered and soft. This bed was the answer to all my needs! It’s low to the ground, supportive, and all of outside perimeter she would normally get hurt on (headboard included) is pretty soft and safe. Fast forward a year later and now her younger sister is growing out of her crib and into a big girl bed. I’ve learned the toddler bed stage can be skipped for us - best to just go straight to the big girl bed. I liked this bed so much, I immediately went to my old purchases and found it! Since they’re sharing a room now, I bought two matching twins in the dark gray. I loved her full like this, so I kept it and put it in our toy room. So far, I have zero complaints. It was super easy to put together by myself, even with two little ones climbing and “helping” me. Highly recommend!

First off - there is a small ratcheting hex tool!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. They don't mention it in the instructions, but if you're a dummy like me and don't pay attention to extra parts, you won't notice it until you are halfway through. It made quick work of the rest of the assembly. Keep it. It's super cool. Also, they give you a few extra screws and washers. Also cool. The instructions say it's a two person job. I would agree. I think the line up of things would have gone smoother, but I did do it all by my broken self. It IS possible, and but not advisable. I am not a small lady. But the bed felt very solid. I was afraid the slats would get bent...maybe they will in the future since I am putting more wear and tear than the average person because I sit and lay down on it a lot in a day. But hey, it was just a quick roll of some connected slats. I absolutely did not expect as much when I pulled all of the parts out. But this manufacturer thought of everything and would absolutely buy it again if like...Thor came to my house and smashed my bed with his hammer.
