Back of chair is difficult to attach! On both sides, need to attach the center bolt first, being careful to align and install the other two bolts on that side without striping threads. The bolt heads are easily damaged by the screen driver if you use a drill driver. Do not tighten bolts down until they are all started well. Make sure the bolts are all tightened down good and tight.
