For BJJ use- I personally bought two of them for BJJ, and that's what I recommend. 8x10 is a good space for sparring or practice with a dummy. Small tear in it after about two weeks of use. Easily patched up though. Unnoticeable before patch up.

We love this gymnastics mat!!! My whole family uses it for practicing rolls and flips. I use it as extra cushion to exercise and do yoga. It is very durable as I have had mine for four (4) years now!! This is a great investment if your kids are active!
