The assembly instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The stools are comfortable even after sitting for a long time. And I like how they look. On the negative side, the perforations for the bolts and screws lack consistency, therefore, it takes extra effort and time to assemble them.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love the look of these barstools – 10/10 for design and comfort. Unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. The real issue isn’t the defect — it’s the lack of customer service. There’s no way to contact the seller directly, and they don’t offer replacement parts or any kind of support. For that reason alone, I’m leaving a 1-star review. I don’t want to return them — I just need help replacing the defective part. I will gladly update this rating if the company reaches out and helps resolve the issue. Until then, this review stays.
