I got this for my healthy homemade crackers I taught myself to make. I've always used a fork, so I've been looking for a docker that's big enough & sturdy enough to get through lots of sheets of dough, one that fits in my big man-size hands without triggering my arthritis that makes my hands ache. This is so much easier than using a fork! This thing is bigger and heavier than I expected. Lucky for me, it's not too big for crackers, but will also make quick work of pie crusts and pizza dough as well. I found it easy to clean with my dish scrub brush that has longish bristles. I put some dish soap on the bristles and washed it under hot water, then put in the drainer to dry. Easy-peasy! I'm happy with this, it seems sturdy, and if I take good care of it I hope it lasts a long time. This is definitely a decent value for what you get here, at about $9 when I ordered -- especially if it never gives me problems. If there are any issues with it that come up prematurely, I will certainly come back here to update my review, but my first impression is that this is a good quality long-term tool. 4 great stars from me!

This is so good! I need to look into how to clean it because it does get blackened on the top pretty good after making a few pizzas. Definitely added some character to the last one I made

It really does reach those high temps and can make a crispy pizza in just about 90 seconds. The build feels solid and professional, and the included stone and peel are nice extras. I also tried using it to cook steak since it goes up to 840°F, and it actually worked really well! I lined the stone with foil to catch drips and keep things clean, and it handled the heat without any issue. Just be careful not to block all the airflow with foil so it heats evenly. Overall, it’s a powerful little oven that’s fun to use and versatile — not just for pizza. It’s a bit bulky to store, but the quality and performance make it worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Works way better than expected. The temp reached 869 F. Timer when making 2 minute pizzas very useful. Bottom cooks perfect crust. Build quality is pretty decent. Other manufacturers charging $600+ for their ovens seems gougy.

This pizza oven is incredible. It is even better than advertised. The temperatures routinely reach nearly 900°. It makes the Napoli style pizza I have been craving since being in Naples, Italy. I haven’t had it long. I only hope it holds up.
