Dog collar works as expected however battery life was spectacular to begin with. I got about two days of battery life not quite the full five that was stated I am on day four of using this and battery life is horrible. It lasts may be two hours from a full charge to empty. I don’t believe this is normal but I am not sure as of right now. I would not recommend this dog collar until their battery issues are resolved for the price that I paid for this colour. I expected the battery to last at close to full capacity for at least a few months since it is quite warm roughly 80 90°F outside I am very dissatisfied with this as this wasn’t a cheap item but this level of battery drain is totally unacceptable on the bright side. The fabric used for the dog colour seems to be of high-quality material and is doing better than anticipated. It does work to train your dog. It does keep them contained in your yard, but if you don’t feel like charging the battery every couple hours, I would not recommend this item.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this device in order to allow my dog to be as free as possible while still ensuring their safety. The collar is lightweight and the adjustable size makes it easy to adjust to the perfect position. The reinforced buckle is sturdy and reliable, so there's no longer any worry about it suddenly breaking or loosening. It's very comfortable for my dog. I really like that there is no monthly fee, which saves money. You can easily adjust its GPS range through the app, and this app is very easy to use. My dog responds well to the boundary alert and I know he is safe in our yard. I feel very at ease. These collars are rechargeable, which is a big advantage for me. We'll see how long they last. Although I have only used it for a few weeks, I am very satisfied with the peace of mind it brings, the ease of use, and my dog's quick adaptation to it.

The app is easy to get and bind to the collar. The collar is fair quality. The noise levels are perfect. Safety is yet to be seen. Instructions are a total mess, printed in a extremely tiny unreadable font. Instructions are vague and give very little help. The app sets perfect for a circle. As for polygon it is not as advertised. The polygon must be set by tapping the map and setting up to 6 points (not in instructions). The GPS tracking is off by about 20ft past where you set the fence, not very accurate. Once you walk the route (20 ft inside where you want the actual fence) marking points. Save the polygon, you can't adjust it you must make a new polygon if it is not correctly placed where you want it. Setup is tedious, and takes hours depending on the space you want it in, and correcting for the GPS accuracy. 2D viewing of the map shows a simple white map with your house number on it. 3D map is actually a satellite view, and the maps are over a year old. The map shows trees so if any of your points are under a tree you are guessing where you are actually at placing a point. If the animal walks past the fence you set, the collar will not respond until it comes back inside the fence. Training mode seems to work very well for this and you can separately Beep, vibrate or shock to get its attention.

Item malfunction first time I put it on my dock and it shocked my dog. I created a polygonal region and he was 2 feet away for me when this happened well within the boundaries and it shocked him for no reason I reset the device and I put it on him again and within a few minutes, the alarm started sounding and it was gonna shock him again and I took it off again. I reset it. I put it back on him. I set everything back up in the app. The dog ran away at night and luckily we posted online and somebody found him the collar didn’t prevent him from running away and it was malfunctioning. Also, it went off-line many times I would not buy this collar or recommend recommended to anybody because of the situation I was in. I like how it works in theory, but it wasn’t easy to use the app. It could’ve been more intuitive and the product just did not work at all so I’m sending it back.

This is a horrible product! You have to connect with your phone, which does not work in areas with spotty service. We took our dog camping, and she ran away 3 separate times. Luckily some friends with an ATV were able to track her down or she would be bear bait.

This GPS dog fence works well. Set up was pretty easy using the app. It's very intuitive and there is no subscription required. It's easy to customize the boundaries. I charge the collar overnight so I haven't had any problems with battery life. The collar itself is waterproof and sturdy. It fits well and is adjustable.

Chose this for the app functionality and the ability to draw a custom boundary rather than just a circular perimeter. Those features are as promised and work fine. However, the battery lasts approximately 20 minutes tops. If your dog is just learning the boundaries of the perimeter, expect that the battery will die. The beeps and vibrations kill the battery almost immediately. Would not buy again and somewhat regret my purchase, as it wasn't cheap at all.
