Works well, although not efficiently, with 12v panels. It's easy to use although has no setting for Li batteries. I use one for 12v LiFeP battery and it works fine. You can set the voltage for charge and float. USB outlets control voltage at 5.1 v regardless of battery volts (anything from 10.5 to 14 on mine). Worth the price for the controlled USB voltage from a 12v battery.

I ordered this service solar charge controller back in August but due to a busy schedule, just installed it yesterday. As of this morning, the screen went blank and it quit charging!!! I reached out to Amazon, but because we were outside of the return window they referred me to the seller. I have sent the seller a message and hope they respond and replace the item. If so, I will update my rating after the situation is resolved. I hope this is just a lemon and the next one will work like it is supposed to!

A beautiful little controller that works well and is more than affordable. The two USB ports are my favorite feature. I use one to drive a 24x7 meshtastic transceiver and the other as a phone charger. I paired this with a simple 25 watt solar panel and a 10Ah battery and am really happy with my whole setup.

It took over an hour to install this controller because of the poorly translated instructions. If you are not mechanically inclined this is not the device you should purchase. However, once I got the setup sorted out, it appears to be working fine. It has only been hooked up now for two hours. If things go bad I will update my review.
