I don’t know what child sweatshop made this but avoid this one. Holes are misaligned, powder coating is peeling, press fit threaded pockets are compressed clamp marks in the powder coating. It was short on screws (4) the predrilled tapped holes are trash. You have to sacrifice a screw to run the threads so you can actually use the garbage screws. Talk about garbage screws, the Allen key doesn’t fit all the heads some are to small some were to big. The canopy its self is horrible. The seams are crooked, with large needle holes. The size needle you would use of you were sowing leather not cheap canvas. This think is going to leak like a screen window. If it’s was the fact the it was cheap, I would have packed it up and sent it back. Because it’s like a Lego set with so many parts, I’ll use it and when it collapses on itself I’ll toss it. Don’t make the same mistake, heed the warning. Let my mistake be your lesson. Unless you just need a cheap canopy with longevity not your concern.

Construction absolutely requires more than one person (it recommends 3 with a ladder). 2 people and a ladder works. There were some dents I found from shipping damage, but needless to say, you are not going to return this after you are a third into putting it together. You need to be careful with the screws because they strip easily. I started with a power screw driver and found out quickly it needs a hand tool. The finished product is quite lovely and sturdy.

It had 3 bent poles and 1 pole almost broke in half!!! It almost looked like someone had it and returned it and then it got sent back out and I got it!!! Put it together but was very hard with bent pole and the on is ready to break because that one was already so damaged!!! Other then that it would have been perfect.

First the good - Package came quickly, wasn't missing anything, and nothing was damaged. Also decent value for the price. Now the bad. - The most annoying part of this purchase is the company's insistence that the frame dimensions that they show are correct. They are not. This company insists that the frame dimensions pole to pole are 114" x 118" as they advertise on amazon. It is actually 108 x 144(9 ft x 12 ft) and I have included the pictures and measurements that I sent to them as proof. This isn't even close and they basically said I was wrong and totally disregarded the pictures that I sent even though the frame is rectangular and my measurements makes sense. I want people to be aware of this if you have a limited space as I do. This gazebo barely fit on my deck. They offered me a $20 dollar refund which I had to accept because I wasn't packing this up and sending it back. I also asked if they could apply the discount to another canopy that I wanted to buy in case this one ripped but they said they don't do that unless the part is damaged. What a joke. The canopy is somewhat flimsy and probably won't last more than 2 years at which point it will be out of warranty and I will have to buy a new gazebo. Why is it so difficult to buy replacement parts before they break? This was also a bit of a pain to put together and will take 2 people 3-4 hours. Directions were ok but a lot of pieces to assemble. All in all it looks good when completed, provides shade, and is dry in a light to moderate rain, although does drip somewhat in a heavier rain. I didn't bother putting up mosquito netting because in the past I found it basically useless. I think it is worth the price paid but buyer beware about the specific frame dimensions that they advertise.

Ok so far. Some of directions are not the best. best to have a person with knowledge of building to help. worked 3 plus hours and quit. will finish next day. very, very time consuming. update the connections are not the best. Blew all apart. took out screws and blew top almost off. Not very secure in some places. Screws came undone, top came out of slots, anchors. Really think where you are going to set up.
