This replacement part restored my chair. The lumbar portion of my classic Herman Miller broke making the chair barely usable. This was easily installed and matched exactly.

Buy the real one from Herman Miller and save your money. This one came and the pad area was sticky as if it was really old and the pad itself had a few holes in it where the plastic skin of the pad is disintegrating. I don’t know how long this was sitting on a shelf, but from the stickiness of the pad, I think it was a few years in a hot warehouse. Very poor quality. I put it on because the Herman Miller one cracked on an older Aeron, but I ordered a new replacement from Herman Miller and will throw this one in the trash when it comes in. Save your money. This is trash and Amazon shouldn’t be selling this old product of such poor quality.
