I bought this LED refrigerator light to replace an original incandescent light bulb. This LED light works perfectly and I am very happy with it. It probably will save less than 20 cents per month but the bulb will probably last for the remainder of my life. I highly recommend this product but there is one feature of the device that I will discuss that may be important to some people. When you have a standard incandescent refrigerator light bulb there is no frosting on the inside of the bulb, usually. The light from an incandescent bulb is very bright since the tungsten filament is white hot. The light that is produced by the LED bulb is not quite a bright as the original incandescent bulb but this does not matter to me. Whenever you open the door to a refrigerator and the incandescent light comes on then the refrigerator has to run to remove the heat that is generated by an incandescent bulb and this is not a consideration since the LED bulb produces negligible heat. ... show more
