Received these quickly. The gazillion purchases on the single and double set says something. I didn’t know kitchen shears could be so nice. Today I spatchcocked a chicken with ease. True ease! Seriously, almost like cutting paper. Amazing. Obviously snipping off the wingtips was no challenge at all. I don’t anticipate chopping vegetables with these, the knife and cutting board work well. These were purchased for the specific purpose of spatchcocking chicken and they did not disappoint. I cannot attest to longevity nor durability. I absolutely LOVE these scissors! I purchased them as knock-around kitchen shears for quickly preparing toddler food. Three years later now and they're still super sharp and have not rusted even with getting wet and covered in food on a nearly daily basis. I even use them on tough stuff like cardboard boxes sometimes. I love the pointed tip and they are a good size for adult hands. Easy to open and close, don't stick at all.
