We went camping on the beach for a week so we weren’t sure of how it would hold the whole time, but it was amazing! Kept us cool during the day and at night even when it’s all opened it kept the warm air in.. it was also super easy to put up and take down.

    • Great, but not waterproof
I LOVE this canopy, but it isn't waterproof at all. In a moderate 1-hour rain shower, water soaked through the fabric and dripped on things underneath it. It was better than nothing in the rain, but certainly not waterproof or a structure I would want to be under in heavier rain. I would highly recommend this for fair weather, such as the beach or park, but not for camping or anywhere with rain possibility. Additionally, you will need to get longer stakes if you want this to withstand more than a small breeze. The stakes it comes with are very inadequate for use at the beach. ... show more

Not that I was hoping to test out the durability, but unfortunately with in hours of setup…. This worked good against the wind and sun, but not even a moderate rain showed it’s weakness. I don’t think I’ll be using this again unless I’m camping in the desert.

    • Quick and easy
This was easy to set up. We are using it to have a dry spot on the patio. Enough room for four good size chairs and a table with the 10x10. Tall enough to stand up for even the tallest of our friends.

Set up by myself not to bad. Rain proof/waterproof not so much. But as far as shade/shelter pretty darn good.

This shade definitely needs 4 people to assemble faster. For our family of two adults and two kids was a team effort. You do need plenty of space wherever you decide to set it up but once it is up, it is awesome. You move the side panel according to the side where you need it and it is super sturdy and spacious. We purchased this product recently and first used it today with torrential rains and winds. It was perfect! The only improvement would be if there would be additional side panels.
