The bed frame is cute and easy to assemble, but, it didn’t even last for 4 months. Legs started to bend and now the bed is caving in the middle. Missed the window to return. So disappointed in this product. Waste of money. Do not purchase! ***Editing my review: The company reached out to me after my initial review to try to remedy my issues with the bed frame. They offered to send the broken piece, but that would not work for me. So, they offered a full refund. Their customer service is wonderful. I wasn’t expecting to have my problem fixed, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I have changed my rating because I am so happy with how they handled my problem. I still may be able to salvage the headboard and use on another frame. My daughter just loves the headboard so much, so she’s happy we can still use it. Looks really nice, heavy, easy for a single person to put together. My only complaint was that all of the upholstery was covered in little splinters from the back of the head board. I had to thoroughly vacuum all of the pieces and run a lint roller over all of the fabric to make sure I got it all. I wouldn't want my little to get a sliver or get one in his eye. ... show more

I've been buying new furniture and tight on money, so I was looking around for a bedframe that wasn't too expensive while still fitting within my aesthetic (pink and kawaii). I happened upon this, and I was a bit worried about buying as most people bought other colors and pink often gets ruined by companies--but not this one! It came very quickly and was easy to bring into my house by myself, even if it is a bit of a heavy package (75 lbs). Assembly was very quick and straightforward, which says a lot for someone who often gets confused with instruction manuals. I'd say I spent about an hour doing everything and making sure all of the screws were secured. The fabric is made of very soft and high quality material and soft to lay against when I move my pillows out of the way. I'm 6'1" and around 270 lbs, so this bed is quite sturdy to handle me, as well as my plushies and various bedsheets and covers! I wouldn't recommend plopping down too hard on your bed, however, as the slabs are made of wood and they don't seem like they can take a beating. Just treat the bedframe kindly! I was also able to fit a 32 oz. container under my bed. Mine is in a corner, but you could fit up to 8 containers of the same size if you aren't pushing them all the way under the bed and the bed is situated in the center of the room. The seller themselves was very helpful, attentive, and kind. They reached out to me to confirm the details of my order, assisted me in less than two days with a tracking issue, and followed up to make sure I received my package. This seller really cared about my experience with them and their product the entire way and I'd love to shop with them again! If you have anyone who loves pink and want a good bedframe for your budget, look no further than here! ... show more

This bed is awesome it’s so cute and is a really sturdy bed it doesn’t squeak at all or make any noise. It feels very nice to lay on feel very supported. Wood slats are perfect I like that they provide a little bit of give without making the mattress feel unsupported. You can see in the picture the fabric on the headboard scrunches up a little and it makes it look more cheap- that’s the only down side. ... show more

As shown in my picture, one screw is stuck and this has halted me assembly. I cannot loosen the screw to allow for room for the piece to fit. This screw can already in the piece, I did not insert it myself. The frame itself seems good, but I can’t finish the assembly with this piece being unable to attach. —edited I was able to contact the supplier and they will be sending me a replacement piece and we’re very helpful in resolving the issue. I think I just got an unlucky piece, the bedframe seems good beyond that. ... show more

My sister had gotten this same bed from about a year ago and it has held up pretty well so I decided to get one for myself. I was expecting the set up to be average (take about 1.5 hours) like it had before but this was not the case. The instructions had almost no written directions and the video went way too fast. The hardest part was putting in the sides of the frame (pieces A, B, C, D). We had to play around with the frame and screws that were already in the frame to try and make the side pieces fit in place, even though they’re just supposed to easily slide in. I haven’t tried to place a mattress or sleep on it yet but I’m hoping the bed is sturdy and these issues did not affect the safety and sturdiness of the bed. We followed the limited directions from both the video and the paper pamphlet combined but really think there needs to be better instructions and a better video to come along with this bed. The quality is fine for the price and it looks really nice so I’m hoping I can update with some better news and experiences and don’t have to return it for something else. ... show more
