Great Product. Really Works.
I used this product for years until my local pool supply shop closed. While using it, I never had any algae problems. Last year, I could not find Swamp-Treat, so I used another brand. Worst algae problems I ever had. Constantly fighting yellow algae and even worse, could not get rid of the pink algae. Thankfully, I was able to locate Swamp-treat through amazon, and I don't expect any problems this year.

Swamp Treat is AWESOME!!!
Went from picture 1 to picture 2 overnight. We went away for a couple weeks and came home to a green pool. I ordered the Swamp Treat and while I waited for it to come, for 3 days I brushed the sides and cleaned the filter everyday with not much improvement.

DO NOT USE THIS
What the pool store and this chemical does not tell us is that if you use this, it will clear your algae for a minute. Then when you add more chlorine, you have to add 3 times the amount, as it has to burn this chemical off first. To get rid of algae get your PH adjusted then add liquid chlorine at dusk, scrub everything and let it run all night. Voila!!!!

No more algae!
This treatment is the real deal. It keeps our pool beautifully clear. I highly recommend this product if you have algae swamp problems. It attacks green algae like magic. Price and ease of use is awesome.

Maybe Super Chlorination is a better method.
I guess it sorta works. A good youtuber pool guy suggests super chlorination (3X normal for my case) to get rid of the green. That worked for me. I may not have needed this since it was not as effective for pool opening.

Works as long as you follow the directions!!! Miracle worker!
Ok! I was basically at a stand still with my pool. The pump got turned off during vacation and I come back to a tad poll green smelly pool. It smelled more like a pond then a pool. I was about to empty my 11000 gallon pool (we have well water so I would have had to get another water delivery which is 600.00)when i found this stuff online. So I figured wed give it one last go. We got the bottle put in about half super chlorinated it and it turned light green....so i put in the other half same process and bam bright blue the next day. Yes it was foggy and i had to use some flocculant on it and then vacuum but lord am I happy i found this stuff. Buy it!! This product wont let you down. Just follow the directions!
