Bought these to repait the soles on some boots. Followed the directions to clean the area, then rough with the provided sandpaper and apply the pads. They were easy to apply. Had to trim the heel pad to match my boots but no big deal. The sole pad was smaller than my existing sole. The heel adhesion stuck well but the sole one was so-so. It is sticky but will try to peel a little bit. I kind of want to add some super glue to it so it will stay. They do seem to have slip resistance though I wasn't trying to go head over teakettle on purpose to test them. ... show more

Did a lot of work sanding the bottom of my shoe smooth, then scrubbing and drying it. It was very smooth, for these to adhere to. Neverless, they peeled off in less than one day. They hardly even got wet, and I work on tile floors, so nothing was abrading them. The glue is just crap. Don't buy these. ... show more

This is a stick-on pad that keeps the sole of your shoe from sliding. The self-stick vinyl pads eventually lose their adhesion to the shoe and fall off, but it may take weeks of wear. They also lose their non-slip ability as dirt and floor schmutz sticks to them.
