1 star for my experience. As soon as I got it, the box was damaged but taped up but it did not have any signs of damage to the product. The low setting works fine but the high never came on.

So far this little heater is pretty great. It is very quiet and it heats up pretty quickly. We use an outdoors right now and hang out from an awning, I just wish the chain was a little bit longer because it doesn’t really hang down far enough. It’s not a major issue, considering I can get one from a hardware store for cheap. But other than that, it works extremely well stays pretty warm and doesn’t overheat. It also looks pretty great. For the price, I think this thing is pretty fantastic.

I like this because it works so very fast. You get heat as soon as you turn it on. However the heat does stay right around the bottom of the heater for a while before it starts to dissipate out, so I recommend you hang it as close to overhead where you might need it as possible if you're just going to turn it on for a little bit. I do this in my she shed. It's a perfect heater for something like my shed. It looks nice and it was super easy to install.

This is the perfect heater for my patio! It's very functional. It comes in handy when we want to grill. It was very easy to install. You just hang it up and plug it in. It heats up instantly and it warms about a 5ft radius. It looks very durable. I'd recommend it.
