The media could not be loaded. My son got this for him and his girlfriend's 1 year anniversary. It turned out so cute. They are both 16 years old. You do have to stand still for 6 minutes with your hands together for the mold to set and then wait a few hours before you can work on it, then carve around it to get it to look perfect, but it was a fun activity for them to do. They kept talking about what a great gift it was and how we should get one and I think it is a great idea because they can look back and see what their hands looked like at this age compared to so many years down the road. It's so crazy how you can see every crease in their hands every little dimple in their fingers. It literally gets every piece of your hand in there. It looks like it's going to be pink at first, but it comes out white in the end. It also seems like it is going to be hard to come out of the bucket, but we turned it upside down and it came right out. It also stands on a base when it is finished, so I think that was really cool and they were able to carve their initials on the base and the year that they did it. So they were kind of nervous when they were trying to get it out after it had set for a few hours, but just turn it upside down and that helps a lot. You also need to find some place to set it because it takes a while to dry. We have had it setting on the counter for 2 days and it is completely dry now.
