I got the set with black, gray and white silicone mats. I'm a purist with a long, classical art training and don't want the color reflecting back at me when I'm working. If I could have gotten all white, I would have been happier, but I'm okay with the black and gray. They main point of these is for when I work on my nails. I'm a hobbyist nail artist for myself... self teaching myself. I have all natural nails and well, it's a bit of a learning curve (even with my extensive art training) doing art on your own nails... you know the ones attached your hands. hah. So I can be a bit a disaster with the lacquer and the acetone... hence these silicone mats to protect both my surfaces and any surfaces for when i'm out of town (I travel quite a bit for work). These mats work quite well. They are not huge, but that is what I was going for. Mine measure in at 15-5/8" x 11.75" and find them the perfect size for my needs. Even for travel. I can fold them and put it in a poly-envelope along with some folded paper towels and i'm set for the road. Folding or rolling them does not leave any creases or curl to them that you have to fight, even if putting in your bag or luggage. They are not thick either.... actually rather thin, which I prefer as you don't notice a ledge transition if you're resting your wrist or arm over the edge. Not so thin you worry that you might rip it.... they are just right for me. Not too thick, not too thin. You can paint directly on them with your lacquers (for instance to color test), let it dry and literally peel it right off. You can even paint designs on the mat and use them for decals on your nails because they are that easy to peel off of the mat. I've had no issues with clean-up. Acetone hasn't affected them either. They way they hold up to that, makes me think they'll hold fine to anything I throw at them when crafting. So I see a set in my future for that. Just like any silicone though... everything else (like dust and lint) does stick to it. Cleans up easy though with just a damp microfiber cloth. It is a nice set of silicone mats... can see myself getting another set for crafting purposes as well.

Use these as clean surfaces to prepare food and eat on, when using outdoor furniture, and camping. Also keeps things from sliding around in RV cabinets and refrigerators. Easy to rinse off to clean with dish soap.

I have been giving myself full sets for a few years now and needed a mat I could use to protect my table and make for easy clean up from debris. These mats have been great with getting the job done. The silicone is thick and flexible. The material is not the easiest to dust off but is easy to wipe clean using a damp cloth, you can also shake debris off. They stick well to my table and stay in place once applied. They are large enough to cover the immediate area and protect the table from chemicals and damage but small enough to not take up too much space on the table. I am glad I ordered these and they do what I need them to do.

I tore one trying to separate them coming out of the package, I didn't realize how thin they are so it's my fault. These are about the thickness of a piece of paper and work great for say a mat to prevent something from sliding around a desk, or to sit something on while freshly applied glue/epoxy is curing. The leak out falls right off and doesn't adhere. These are too thin for high heat use on a nicer piece of furniture, unless yous tack all 3 and then I'd still be cautious about heat transfer. You get what you pay for and these do have their applications which make them useful and non stick. Just a little thin and fragile. For stopping skidding or glue, they're perfect once set in place.

These silicone mats are great for playtime with playdough and kinetic sand. They lay perfect flat and are nice and thick. Playdough cleans off of the mats very easily. They do slip on the surface they are placed on however so what we do is tape the corners down with a small piece of packaging tape and our 3 yr old grandson has a blast. A good value that makes clean up a breeze.
