As most systems, easy to install. The transmitter is not that intuitive to use, then again not many options available. The programming manual was not that informative. Two collars did not generate a shock, customer support was slightly less than pleasant. They did send a replacement battery due to one dead battery on arrival. ... show more

We had 5 dogs on this system and though with proper training they stayed inside the boundaries very well. Problem is with the batteries and collars. The batteries are pretty much proprietary and unreliable. We've purchased batteries that sometimes last a month and very few made it 3 months and at around $10 each that pretty much sucks. Also have had to replace 4 of the 5 collars as they have quit working, and now the replacement collars are starting to fail. One good thing is the customer service...you get knowledgeable people to help trouble shoot if you do have problems. Shame the product doesn't last. ... show more
