Amazing experience so far and I haven’t even gotten to use it yet! My package arrived with everything besides the lubrication oil for the belt. I reached out to the email on the card. Keep in mind it was a Friday night so I didn’t expect a response until Monday. They responded in an HOUR apologizing for the “slow response”. Amazon wouldn’t allow them to send another package with the oil so they refunded me a credit so I can buy the lube oil myself. I am going to a sports store tomorrow to get some so I can try out this treadmill asap! I will update my review once I have done that with some pics and comments! I will say also that out of the box the belt looks super nice and it’s a really perfect size. I live in a small condo but I am a nearly 6’ tall woman so I needed something large enough that wouldn’t take up too much space. It is perfect! When it got too hot to walk outside, I wasn’t going on as many walks and I wasn’t getting enough exercise. I got this to help me get walks in during the hot FL summer and well on rainy days too! Having this helped me win a step bet challenge. It’s something to get used to at first because you don’t have a bar to hold onto but in very little time I was able to increase the speed for a good walk. You have to maintain the belt sometimes it rubs on one side but the instructions are very easy and after a few adjustments you don’t have to for a while. And just keep it lubricated- it comes with some lube but it will be something you’ll have to purchase again to keep the belt maintained. The treadmill is a simplistic design and takes up minimal space compared a traditional treadmill. I use this with my sit/stand desk in my home office. It's a great way to just get some steps in with low impact. I have had three major medical issues in a 12 month period and having this treadmill greatly assisted my healing. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic. The treadmill comes with a remote and is not functional without it. I accidentally damaged my remote beyond repair. I emailed the company and without hesitation they sent a replacement with the tracking number. Their response came within 24 hours of my email and were completely understanding. I work from home and sit in front of a screen all day, so I really needed something to combat my sedentary work schedule. This fit my tiny office space perfectly! Although it is very functional and compact, please be aware that it is heavy. There was nothing to assemble, which was nice - you can just plug and go! The screen was slightly cracked when it arrived, but I contacted customer service (details on how to do so were all over the packaging) and they promptly sent me a new screen. Due to my travel schedule, the package was delivered while I was out of town and went "missing" so I contacted customer service and they sent me another one! For the price and purpose of using in home office while I work, this treadmill can’t be beat. I use it for walking on while I work and I average 15000 to 20000 steps/day. Walking speed is generally 1-1.5mph. I wouldn’t go any higher than that even though it says you can.(not sure I would trust the quality beyond that speed, and I can’t focus on spreadsheets and documents moving faster than that anyway. I have tried it at higher speeds but it doesn’t seem as stable.) It does everything I wanted it for and is super quiet, none of my work mates can hear it and we do a lot of video meetings. This is my first walking treadmill and I don't know anyone else who has one. I decided on this unit because the dimensions fit perfectly under my desk space. The walking width is fine, not overly wide, however, I haven't felt like it was insufficient. I'm 5'5 130lb female to give some perspective. The remote works well with starting and stopping. There is beeping when it gets going and it doesn't turn off automatically at any certain time. I have had issues with the mat shifting to the side, however, it isn't too hard to move it back. My remote did stop working and the seller sent me a replacement at no charge. That was a very nice surprise considering they probably could make money off of that. The seller communicates as "Sara" although I do think there are different staff who use the same name. Doesn't matter because response to emails are quick and thorough. Again, another very pleasant surprise. I did need to follow up to get the replacement remote sent to me. However, that resulted in quick shipping without any hassle. I was very concerned about making such a big purchase on Amazon, however, I highly recommend this seller as trustworthy. ... show more

If your goal is to start walking/running in your spare time this is the product for you. Gets to about 5mph and that’s not enough for a full sprint but it’s a good little jog/run. Tells you how much time has passed/left along with how many calories you’ve burned and how many miles you’ve gone. Very neat little machine. Great for the price. Stands up and sits on the wall perfectly when not in use. The belt started moving to one side once but I adjusted it and haven’t had a problem since. Super easy to fix that and putting the lube on it wasn’t bad either. If you’re thinking about getting this just do it already, you won’t be unhappy! THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THAT IT CUTS OFF AFTER 50 MINUTES. And the most you can run in one session is 50 minutes. If you want to do more than that you’ll need to start from zero again so if you’re counting the calories or the distance you’ve gone you’ll need to remember the numbers from your first sesh and add that the end of your next one for the total.
