I LOVE using my Deer run treadmill while I work. It's done a lot for my mental and physical health!! I've only had it for 2 months and unfortunately I received an error message and messaged the support email right away on a Saturday night. I was so pleasantly shocked I received a reply first thing Sunday morning. After I responded to their message they replied again in lightning speed with a solution to get me back on track for my health goals with a working treadmill!! Excellent customer service!!

The media could not be loaded. I love it and it’s great; however, upon startup, there’s a very loud beeping whenever starting and adjusting speed. Also - if there are any other walking pads of the same brand around, it will connect to another pad and the remote will control a different walking pad that it isn’t synced to. It’s quite annoying and you’re unable to turn the beeping off, and it’s very difficult to get it to sync back to the correct pad. Otherwise, it’s a smooth walk and you can take a leisurely stroll or power walk until you’re sweating. It’s pretty heavy and relatively large, but it’s also a good size for the environment in which it’s placed.

I’ve had the walking pad for a year and could not use it because the remote control was lost. Since it was unboxed and all the paperwork came in a bag with the remote, I had no way of contacting customer service. I was going through other customer reviews and luckily, they posted photos of the customer service email and telephone number. I emailed a request for a replacement remote and received a prompt response. Since the pad only had a serial number affixed to it, it took some back and forth before it was determined that a remote was needed. (The PitPat app did not work at all, no matter what I did). They asked me to pay for freight but then decided to send the remote to me for free. As soon as I received the remote, I was in business. The pad itself is quiet, works well, and meets my needs. I’ve only used it a few times since receiving the remote control. Recommendations: affix the customer service contact information to the pad. If this pad is Wi-Fi enabled, an app that can connect to the pad is needed.

This walking pad was great until it wasn’t. I have been using it for slightly over a month as a way to get more steps in while working from home. The walking pad always smelled hot at first, but I dismissed it as the “new” smell that stuff like this sometimes gets. The machine continued to smell hot with each use and I started getting worried, but thought I was just being paranoid. However, after my workout today it was so much worse that I thought it would catch fire. It also started making a grinding sound. When we moved it to put it away, after waiting for it to cool down, we noticed bits of melted plastic where the engine was. I never used this walking pad for more than an hour at a time, and never went above 2.5 mph. We have taken care of the belt to make sure it was not too loose or too tight and have lubricated it as necessary. Save your money and find a walking pad that doesn’t pose a fire risk.

Excellent walking pad! Ended up buying a 2nd because of how easy to use they are. Support is quick and responsive, had an issue where if the 2 pads are close enough, one remote was controlling both (dangerous - as this could lead to unintended speeds for one of the users). They remedied that right away with a new remote.

The media could not be loaded. As a health enthusiast, incorporating this into my daily routine as I work has been amazing!!! The LED display is a really cool feature that me and my coworker like as it provides real-time feedback on our walking speed, distance covered, and calories burned. This not only keeps us motivated but also helps us track our progress towards achieving our daily fitness goals. The display is clear and easy to read. The sleek and compact design of the treadmill makes it a perfect fit under our desk. The motor is pretty quiet, so when we are using it, we are not disturbing one another, which is nice. The convenience of being able to stay active while tackling our work duties is excellent. There are so many days the weather does not cooperate or we just run out of time, but we now have no excuse not to exercise. The adjustable speed settings cater to various fitness levels, allowing us to customize our walking experience based on our preferences and energy levels. If you are a health nut like me and want to continue to exercise even when you may not have time, this is the way to go. My coworker and I share this treadmill and LOVE it. Highly recommended.

This walking pad worked well for a bit. When I used it more casually (once a week, if that) I had no issues. Interestingly, when I started using it to hit my 10,000 steps per day (and would use it 3-4 times per week to do so), it began having issues. A strange clicking sound began, and the pad began to skip, slow down, and jolt, which is of course unsafe while walking. It would work fine sometimes, but began having issues within 4 months of using it regularly. I tried to add lubricant to the belt, but even with my husband's help, there is no way to open the bottom of the treadmill to add lubricant or even clean out the motor area (where it sounded like the clicking/ grinding was coming from). Finally, it started to get really hot and have a strange smell, and I worried it was going to catch on fire - so I had to take it to the dump. So, while I owned this walking pad for about a year and a half, I would say it only lasted about four months once I began consistently using it, even at low speeds. I'm giving it three stars because I don't think its longevity issue warrants a four star review, especially as the pad has issues being disassembled in order to identify or fix whatever issue was going on with the motor. To summarize, the pros: - Easy setup - Not too heavy - Works well for however long it lasts The cons: - Stopped working after 4 months of consistent use - The remote to turn it on makes this horrendously loud beeping noise with no way to mute or turn off that feature - Started smelling melty and died - possible fire hazard?
