I got this 2 weeks ago and oh do I love it. I procrastinated so much about walking during lunch or moving around at break time but I find myself sitting for my shift while working from home. It has 3 auto programs or you can use manually. It fits nicely under my desk. I use it during both breaks for 30 minutes each time. This machine has given life to my legs and feet and also serves as a foot rest while not in use. I am over 60 so my circulation in my lower limbs isn't what it used to be but this really helps. Usually when I'm done with my shift my lower legs and feet are ice cold but not any more! Burns calories! It is also quiet. Highly recommend!

I love this thing. It's been great for my legs since I don't get out and walk or go to a gym. It is whisper quiet and has three levels of speed and time that runs automatically or you can use it manually. You just set the program or use manually, it comes with a remote control and it does all the work. In the automatic mode it runs forward then backward, increases and decreases speed, giving your legs and knees a easy workout. while you just watching TV or working at a desk. I couldn't be more pleased at how well it works.

I got this for my daughter who is wheelchair bound. She cannot move on her own. I got this for her to help her to exercise her legs. It is amazing. It moves her legs for her and she does not complain of being in pain or uncomfortable. I have to strap he feet to the pedals but I made it work. My family and I use it as well. It's lightweight and the remote makes it easy to control if used under a desk or table.

the machine is great, it is whisper quiet and is easy to use. The only problem is you have to lean forward to see the bottom of the digital screen. You have to learn to relax your legs and don't try to peddle.

This might be nice for some. But lack of directions started this off on a bad "foot" so to speak. It's also super heavy. A friend came over to get it put together for me not a fun time!! It did not fit under my desk (granted that is not their problem, but it is a fact.). I saw this as basically useless and it was easier to just use what I already have.
